THIS LAST YEAR WE GOT LANDON HOME FROM BALTIMORE. I STARTED A NEW JOB AT LAKE VIEW ENDOSCOPY. ERIC PASSED TWO MORE EXTREMELY HARD WEEK LONG CLASSES.

CARTER IS PLAYING FOR A BAND "PAINTING THE FINISH LINE" THAT HAS OPENED TWO SHOWS FOR JOHN SCHMIDT. THEIR BAND RELEASES A CD THIS SPRING AND WILL GO OUT AND DO SHOWS THIS SUMMER.

JASON IS HANGING TOUGH WITH HIS BASKETBALL.

LANDON IS AT THE U DOING CLASSES FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDIES. HE JUST FISHED A VERY RIGOROUS COURSE OF CERAMICS AT THE UOFU EXTENSION.

AUBREY AND BRYCE SHOCKED US WITH A HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT ON CHRISTMAS EVE. (SEE THEIR BLOG) AND THE VERY BIGGEST NEWS OF ALL IS THAT I CALLED NERTS BEFORE MELISSA IN A RIP ROARING GAME BETWEEN HER AND I. I AM SOOOOOOO PROUD!

I JUST GOT A JOB!

Last spring I decided that if things didn't turn around significantly with Eric's work that i would go back to work when the boys went back to school.

I have had a lot of time to get things done, but then I was also finding that I had a lot of time on my hands. So............... I started looking.

I got two second interviews this week from jobs that had hired someone else at first. Long story short.............I got them both. I have accepted the second.

Aubrey has been so cute. She is always so positive! She just kept telling me that I would get the second one. (which is the one I was leaning towards) and I did!

It is just down the street from us and I get home at 3:30 on three days and 5:00 on the other two. The ladies there are super nice. I feel like Heavenly Father really blessed me with this so I will hold on to that when I am feeling hugely scared!

We now will have better and cheaper insurance!!!!!!!! You don't realize how very important that is until you are self employed and are paying an extra house payment for crappy coverage!

Eric and I went to lunch today with some of the best people I know today. I was going to say Eric's family, but I erased that and thought better and now am putting............with our family.
Emily, Rick, Rachel, Brian, Shar, Angie and Jim and our adorable nephews........Colby, Carson and Hunter. They make the whole room light up. Love those kids! They are sooo full of fun and excitement!

This is me

Mom- this is Aubrey, I have access to your blog so I am writting your first entry.

The boys are off at school now, the bathroom is finished and the weather is getting colder now, so I think you are running out of excuses. :)

This is the perfect place to write down the events that are happening in your life.

So to start off, this is a picture of you at Cheescake factory in Vegas. You were so excited about your meal that you told me to take a picture of you. Dad was embarassed, but we got a picture of him with his meal too! No one in their right mind goes to the Cheesecake Factory without ordering cheesecake, no matter how full they are. We ordered ours and were suprised to find that it was their 30th anniversary and the cheesecake was only $1.50. We should have ordered more!

Dad was so worried that he wouldn't pass his CCIM class, but he did, and he got a good score too!

Do Bryce and I get to come with you on your next trip for a CCIM class? I vote YES.
