Durians
yes durians.
So elaine suah came back fomr singapore and wanted to makan durians. so we went to buy.. 4 biji! so many okay! and so smelly!!
The story goes like this.. i used to LOVEEEE durians. Until i was in form4.
I was really active in sports then.. swimming, squash, running (as in merentas desa kind)..
And i realised that if i consumed durians, it would pump my heart much much harder, decreasing my stamina. Besides that, i would feel really heaty and i would put on weight.
SO, i stopped eating durians. but i eat durian flavoured food, not the REAL durians. haha.
UNTIL yesterday. i told myself i wont get it anymore for dont know how many donkey years so i telan 3 ulas. just now, i telan 5 ulas. AND NOW IM SUFFERING.
with that, i will NEVER touch durians again. thank you.
p/s: i should really learn how to put on some make up. ehehhe! byebye!

Life Must Go On
My teacher passed away yesterday morning at Putrajaya Hospital.
although he did not teach me, i will still say im his student. Whenever we bumped into each other, he would stop to make a simple conversation. Very often we talk about health and fruits, cause i always carry apples with me. I still remember him saying that at his age, he cant take durians anymore. He now likes local fruits. :)
Well Mr Guna, i may not have known you very well, but you sure did make my day whenever i was down. A short and simple chat with you seems to lighten my day no matter what.
i will not be able to attend the funeral, though i really want to. Its in PJ. But Mr Guna, you will always be in my heart and on my mind. Deeply missed. KMB will never be the same without you.
Another news i heard was about an uncle from temple. I may not have known him but i have seen him around. He is an active member of the temple. I am pretty sure he contributed alot to the temple. It was a sudden death, as i understand. Always in my prayers, uncle Tay.
Well my point is, losing people in life is not easy. It has never been easy. No matter how many times you go through it, it never seems easier.
i have learnt from my past experience, and now i live everyday as if its my last. I treat people as if its the last time im seeing them. It permits me to be kind to them and appreciate them and myself more.
You know why?
cause you dont know whats gonna happen next.
but you know what?
LIFE HAS TO GO ON.
yes. mourn for the loss, but be thankful that they are in a better place now. not going to suffer from old age or illness anymore. keep them in mind, but MOVE ON. life HAS to go on.
Its time to realise that life is short. To tell the truth, i see life like a ranting. Anytime, it can break. and thats it.
If you are reading this and you recently lost someone in your life, mourn. you are allowed to do that. but move on. dont stay stagnant.
If you are lucky enough to still have those people you love around you, appreciate them. Cause one day, they'll be gone. All we have is time.
The question is, What are you doing with the time left?
