So, below is a picture of the Brass Serpent (a replica of course) on top of Mt. Nebo where Moses was taken to see the Promised land and where he was translated.
We also visited the Mosque named after the current King of Jordan. The women had to cover their heads and wear those awesome black robes. People almost thought I was Muslim, but Shane by my side gave it away. Don't you love his mustache?

Image We were almost forced to pay for this one. Some guard trying to make money. He isn't too bad at what he does.
Image A cool picture of Shane that I would like to take credit for.
Image The sphinx. We decided not to take a picture of us kissing the Sphinx because it could have cause some jealousy.

Our first visit to the Garden Tomb.

This is an attempt to capture what we get to see every day. It is quite incredible. This is the view from the Center, just taken from the deck where we eat all of our Meals. The Center is located on Mt. Scopus just next to the Mt. of Olives and East of the Old City of Jerusalem. You can see the Old city walls surrounding the city. The center is surrounded by a Palestinian area, and the Israeli side is on the West side of the Old City.

Our Jerusalem

We just wanted to share a little bit of Jerusalem, so soak it up and enjoy!
