Emma holds a General Certificate in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. She is an accomplished home brewer and has taken part in collaboration brews with commercial breweries.
Emma achieved her General Certificate in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in November 2015.
She has brewed collaboration brews with commercial breweries, most recently UnBarred Brewery (2023), with whom she joined other beer communicators to produce Like & Subscribe, a 7.2% IPA.
Other collaboration partners include BeerCraft (2016), Two Tribes (2017), and a beer brewed with Franklins Brewery (2018) – Champagne Supernova – to commemorate the 100th anniversary of women’s suffrage.
Emma has won awards for her home brew in a number of competitions including London & South East Craft Brewing Competition and the BrewCon World Series.
