Happy Halloween!

Over 20 lbs. of candy! Some of the candy sorted out and ready for the trading to begin!! They had fun and we realized that if you are little and cute you get 2 handfuls instead of just one... Aspyn scored! And funny thing is her candy bag is not open for trading... Oh, no it is hers!

Carving Pumpkins!

Last night we carved pumpkins.... The older 2 kids were gone at some parties so it was just the younger kids with mom and dad... I am not sure I am liking this idea of my kids being older and off doing their own thing ... Hmmm? It is going to take some getting use to..

Anyway, we had fun here with our pumpkins! :) When Abi got home Aspyn proudly told her, " I did my pumpkin all by myself! Mommy only helped with my eyes.. and my nose...... and my mouth!" Still smiling and still so proud.. So cute!

New Mexico Snow Globe!

Who shook New Mexico up? This is awesome! It just started to snow like 5 minutes ago and it is snowing hard.. This is so fun!!!!

Halloween begins...

So our kids usually have 3 opportunities to dress up around Halloween.. Some will stick to the same costume for all 3 and some will change everytime... So far Little A dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood for Character Day at school.

Then last night we had our Ward's Trunk or Treat halloween party. Triple A was still sick so he didn't get to do it... Big A was in charge of a game so he didn't feel the need to dress up...(Does he really think he is too old? Never!:) ) So it was just my 3 girls and they decided to all be witches.... Good witches of course! Well, maybe not all of them .. Tiny A told her dentist yesterday that she was going to be a "Bad" witch... Silly girl!

The Great Tragedy?

Okay, my kiddos are nuts.... This was stapled on my kitchen wall a couple of days ago..

A couple of years ago, one of the shelves in my kitchen cabinets had fallen in the middle of the night and all of the dishes were resting against the cabinet door...So when I opened the door all of the dishes came tumbling to the floor in a huge crash.... I have no idea what posessed my 14 year old to remember this and then make a memorial to these dishes... Maybe he was eating cereal in the only remaining bowl... Who knows.. Silly kid... But now I have this beautiful piece of cardboard stapled to my kitchen wall... Hmmmmm... We will see how long it lasts.. :)

Being the youngest of five comes with its perks.. Like when it is time for Halloween... She tried on so many costumes and has yet to decide what to be... Such a hard life :)... These are only a few of her choices... I didn't take pictures of them all.. So we are missing the witch, genie and princess... So many choices! :)

Kona, Hawaii Temple

We always love to go and visit the temples when ever we are near them.. Kona was no exception.... It was beautiful.. The kids loved it....

Aloha Pie!!!!

Edie clued us in on this pie last time we came and we never could find it... We found it this time!! I think it was a little different but oh so yummy... We went to have one last piece tonight but the place was packed so we took the order to go and ate it here at home.... MmmmmmMmmmm.. It was yummy...

Snorkeling

So I have realized one thing while on this trip! I take way too many pictures! Oh well, Not likely to change . :)
So today we hit the snorkeling beach one last time... We go home tomorrow... Again, we had so much fun! The water was crystal clear today, so the kids really had a great time.. And I think at one point we could actually see 6 turtles.
