All About Zack

Zack is officially an Eagle Scout. He received his certificate and now we need to schedule a court of honor. Do you know WHO this is :) ? Zack's first Seussical performance was last night. He and the cast did a fantastic job. If you are interested, his play goes on for another week at Lehi Jr. High. He has a 2:00 matinee today and a 7:00 evening performance. Then, next week, Feb. 24-26th, there is a show each night at 7:00 p.m.

This is why I teach

I get little notes here and there from my students, but this one was extra special. The student who wrote it doesn't normally send me notes like this or say things like this to me. Notes like this go into my happy file and help make teaching worthwhile.

Ski Weekend

Last weekend Kip and Brian came out for the annual ski weekend. We sure had a lot of fun. This year we missed Jane and Abby but hope they can make it next year. We went to Solitude on Friday and had a great time. Brian snowboarded and hardly crashed at all. "It's like riding a bike." The next day we went to Alta but the weather was not cooperating. We left early because of the wind and fog. Overall, I think everyone had a lot of fun.
