  Hi i am facing the same issues on the configuration catalog and payment method on 2.3.9 version

  @ritwikdalmia i found the fix if you are getting this error on live server for ex my store is hosted on hostinger if so then go to cdn>manage>security and from the dropdown make it essentially off the error will be gone,
