Halloween 2011

So apparently I took no pics of the kids in their costumes at Halloween, but here are a few from carving pumpkins.

Daddy Daughter Date

Dustin had the morning off and decided to take Sofia on a date. They went to the kid's salon Snip-it's. Sofia had a morning of pampering. She got a hair style, Princess braids.

The finished product. After the salon, they went to her favorite place for lunch, Chick-fil-a. What a fun date they had. She still talks about her daddy date. What a great daddy!

Sam turn's 6!

Sam has been begging to have a Chuck-E-Cheese party for years and we finally gave in and did it. Sam and I made his cake the night before. Cars cake. He helped decorate and put on red sprinkles.

At some point during the party they took the birthday boy to the ticket blaster booth. He was a little over stimulated to say the least, but I think he came out with a few tickets.

Sam enjoyed his party a lot. He had a blast. It was very loud and crazy, a little over stimulating as I imagined a Chuck-E-Cheese party to be, but you only turn 6 once, right?

First day of Preschool 2011

Sofia started back to preschool after labor day and she loves it. She enjoys going so much. She asks us everyday if she gets to go today.

She is a very good girl at school. She is friends with everyone and I always get a good report about her everyday.

Heather and Amanda's Work Shower

Heather and Amanda are two great nurses I work with. Allison and I threw them a small shower in August to help celebrate their new babies. Amanda found out she was having a girl and Heather kept her baby's sex a secret. But since she has already delivered, we now know that she had a sweet baby GIRL!!

These kids had so much fun. Especially the boys. They ended up in the cabinet and played there the rest of the time. It was so cute to watch them.
