Busyness beckons, schedules shout!

Pins need pinning, blog posts call out!

But I hear His sweet voice calling unto me....

"Daughter, won't you come and sit awhile and share your heart with me?"

Love patiently lingers....My Saviour waits for me.

 His divine invitation strumming the cords of my weary heart.

Love leaning closely listening for my reply.

My surrendered heart now melting...

"Oh yes Lord, all else I will deny!"

In quietness and stillness 

I will sit in your Presence

and 

listen to the whispers of your love.

Stillness...Listening...Waiting...Longing

Drawing closer to Him

Love drawing closer to me

Deep calling unto deep

Doors of my weary heart wide open now

Tears flowing

Heartaches pouring

Divine exchange

Questions answered

Weariness fleeing

Strength poured in

Wisdom imparted

Healing flowing

Burdens lifted

Light shining

Darkness fleeing

Hope arising

Blessed assurance

Faith soaring

Peace abounding

Joy astounding

Time seemingly standing still as the depths of my heart are poured into His and His into mine.

Held within the embrace of His loving arms of mercy and amazing grace!

"Oh yes, Lord...All else must wait!"

Your Presence is all I need!


Your Presence is all I want!


In the glory of your Presence I find peace that makes me whole!


In the glory of your Presence I find rest for my weary soul!

"Oh yes, Lord!"
In quietness and stillness 

I will sit in your Presence

and 

listen to the whispers of your love.

Your Presence is like Heaven to me!

He's waiting........

Firmly Gripped!

"Hold tight to my hand and don't let go!"

I wonder how many times I spoke

those words to my little one's

so long ago?

My red headed cutie
and blue-eyed fella
my precious blessings,
oh, I  love them so!

With every breath and beat of this mothers heart

moved deeply with

passion

and

love;

 protecting, defending and tightly gripping the little hands of my blessings from above.

Whether crossing the street or entering territory unknown,

I pulled them so close to my heart and grip.

That's what a loving parents heart does, you know...
drawing precious children close, nary a stumble or slip.


Our Parent does the same, dear one
as He lovingly whispers your name.
 "Stay close, hold tight and worry not, with you I will always remain.
For I AM your Mighty Fortress Protector 
as the storms of heartache and uncertainty blow.
Securely tucked beneath My wings, I'll hold you close and never let you go.
For before you were formed I've loved you 
and held you deep within my heart.
So look at my face and securely rest knowing that from you 
I'll never depart".


"Do not fear my precious one,
trust Me and do not fret.
 Tho' your path is not clearly seen
I'll order your every step. 
You are the apple of my eye
my precious one before foundations named.
Remain in Me secure and firmly gripped, 
 for your victory I've already claimed". 




"Don't panic.  I am with you.  There's no need to fear for I'm your God.  I'll give you strength.  I'll help you.  
I'll hold you steady, keep a firm grip on you"
