the solomons spent the last roll weekend with us - we had so much fun!

and after hanging out at toomer's for a while, the dads took all the kiddos home and the mommas had some time to visit.  we had a blast!

good times.  incredible friends.

Henry had a great year too ... he has offically "graduated" from Grace Preschool.  i truly can't express how much Grace has meant to the vaughan family.  it holds a very dear place in our hearts!

and hats off to gv - the junior league art walk/run was a few weeks ago.  he ran the 5k {and, not the easiest course} with the boys in fast 25 minutes.  giddy up!

spring has sprung {even if the temps here feel otherwise!}

spring is definitely here - and it has been much cooler than usual for may in alabama.  am loving it, since we have eight or more months of heat.

trying to catch a few glimpses of spring happiness.  creeping jenny has taken off this spring!
and owen, who normally shys away from the camera, insisted on being in the pictures below. 

do you think this sweet face gets him out of a lot of trouble?  yes, indeed!

 

our irises bloomed!  last year they did not - we moved them and they have liked their new home MUCH more.  and opened their faces to show it.
