Ten Inches Less...

About a week ago Madison told me she wanted to cut her hair.  I was pretty surprised because in the past whenever she doesn't want me to brush her hair out I would threaten to cut her hair and then she'd let me brush it.  The last time we cut Madi's hair this short was right before Jackson was born.  Well today was the big day.  Madison was so excited to cut her hair.  We all loved how it turned out!  Love you Madison!

Here's What 10,000 Feet Elevation Looks Like!

Today was suppost to be the hottest day of the year, close to 100 degrees.  We aren't real big on hot temperatures so we headed up to the Uintahs.  We hiked up to Cliff Lake, it's by Trial Lake.  The kids got wet and dirty, what more could they ask for!!???

Sleeping Under The Stars!

Image
For Father's Day on Sunday we gave Gary a fire pit to use in the backyard.  We have been wanting one so Father's Day came and we decided to get him one!  Tonight we finally had a chance to test it out and roast some s'mores...  We had a nice evening together.  Gary and I are getting ready for bed now, but the kids are still outside...  They have decided they want to sleep on the trampoline.  I remember doing that so many times in my backyard when I was little.  I'm so glad my kids are making memories for themselves.  Now, the real question is, how long will they last outside?  We'll see!

Jackson's Playing T-Ball!

Jackson started playing t-ball a couple weeks ago and really likes it!!  It is so nice that we have found something he actually looks forward to.  Laura Marshall is his Coach and she does a great job with all the kids.

Jackson's Preschool Program

Last night we walked across the street to Miss Sandra's house for Jackson's Preschool Program.  They sang lots of songs and danced for us!  Jackson said his favorite song is "You Are My Sunshine".  He sings that song a lot around the house.  Jackson did a great job last night!  Thank you Miss Sandra for being such a great teacher to Jackson!!

Madi's Last Day of 2nd Grade

Madison told me today that this school year went so fast!!!  Madison, I agree!  This year has gone really fast!  Madison loved second grade!  Her teacher was Mrs. Morse.  Madison really liked her and is sad she won't see her anymore.  Madison enjoyed riding bikes or walking with Nate, Josh, and Zach Conklin again this year.  I am so appreciative to them for letting Madi go with them.  They take good care of Madi.  Good job on second grade, Madi!!  You did awesome!
