First of all: I am the webmaster for Renegade miniatures , I edit the Combat Zone Chronicles for eM-4 miniatures, and I was the wholly deserving grand prize winner in Wargames Factory‘s ‘figures for life’ contest. So don’t be surprised to see their products in my pages, or links to their sites.
Of course anyone else who wants to send me samples, feel free!
In the past I have been webmaster for Guernsey Foundry, then Wargames Foundry, and for Copplestone Castings. I also do casual work for other sites, and I’m always looking for more work.
Quite by accident I became a dragoman, and have been pairing companies with sculptors. Go figure. If you are looking for a sculptor, or are a sculptor looking for work, drop me a line. I have sculpted for two miniatures companies, and I suck.
My interests are Ancients, the Seven Years War, the Mexican Adventure, Victorian Adventure, and the Great War.
I also like and have sites for Kill Zone and The Rules with No Name with FREE rules. I have other sites out there, but I’ve lost track of them, which is why I’m putting old material on this site, along with new.
I moderate the following Yahoo groups: BarsoomGaming, ColonialBattles, ColonialWars, Great_War, Kill_Zone, VictorianAdventure, and CombatZone.
I am also starting a project at colonial-wars.net, but more about that later.
I am married to Patricia, have two cats, Athaena and Pumpkin, and send a cheery wave to my old blade comrade Graham, and my great pal, Chick!
I hope the material amuses or inspires you. If not, oh well….
Nice blog you have there G. I used to follow your column in a historical mag (you didn’t mention it in your bio so I won’t either) and enjoyed your work very much. Are you also the guy who played SP Baseball?

Thanks for the kind words, but I don’t think it was me writing the column you’re thinking of. I KNOW I’m not the SP baseball guy.

Hi, found your Barsoom pages while tracking John Carter info. My local club is starting a Barsoom campaign. I get the Warhoons but I need one more. Wondering if I can buy one of your old homecast Green Martians. Thanks Bob Beatte. [email protected]

Joe, Thank you very much, both for the offer and especially for the kind words. I would certainly be interested, I have admired the range since I first saw it.
