I make things to support permafrost data interoperability and simulation. I mostly use 🇷 and 🐍Python.

Some projects I work on:

Teaspoon 🥄

A python library for ground temperature data. A library of readers to handle datalogger files, model output, and permafrost databases.

Globsim 🌎

A python library for turning atmospheric reanalyses into point-scale datasets appropriate for land surface models

TempCF

A GUI for semi-automated ground temperature data cleaning. Detect suspicous observations using a library of filters and remove spurious data.
