  1. Add Terms of Service and Privacy Policy functionality 

    - Introduced a new Terms of Service (TOS) markdown file and a Privacy Policy markdown file + their localized versions
- Created a ContentController to serve markdown content via API.
- Implemented a MarkdownService to handle markdown parsing with frontmatter support.
- Added routes for accessing markdown content.
- Enhanced the registration form to load TOS and Privacy Policy dynamically using Axios.
- Created integration tests for ContentController and Markdown utility.
