Verified eCertificates — The Only Official Proof of Recognition

The Globee® Awards does not issue reference letters for winners or judges. All official recognition is now provided through verified digital Certificates of Appreciation (eCertificates), which serve as the only authorized proof of recognition, achievement, or participation.

These verified eCertificates are digitally authenticated, secure, and accepted globally as valid documentation of your involvement with the Globee® Awards. They do not constitute academic credentials, professional licenses, subject‑matter certifications, or endorsements for immigration, employment, or career advancement.

✅ Why Verified eCertificates?

The Globee® Awards pioneered the use of verifiable digital eCertificates to replace traditional printed certificates and manual reference letters. This innovation ensures faster delivery, higher security, and global accessibility while maintaining the integrity of our recognition process.

Key Benefits:

  • 🔒 Secure & Tamper-Proof: Cannot be altered or forged.
  • 🌍 Globally Accepted: Recognized across industries and countries.
  • ⚡ Instantly Verifiable: Each eCertificate includes a unique verification link.
  • 💼 Easy to Share: Add to LinkedIn, resumes, websites, portfolios.
  • 🧾 Downloadable PDF: Save or print for personal records.

🔎 What Your eCertificate Includes:

Each verified eCertificate contains the following:

  • Your name
  • Your role (Judge, Winner, etc.)
  • The Globee Awards program and year
  • A secure digital verification link

These elements make it easy for third parties—such as employers, academic institutions, or professional networks—to confirm your participation and achievement instantly.

For Winners

Winners receive verified eCertificates once the official results have been announced. These certificates are issued only to valid work or business email addresses and not to personal or generic email domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, etc.).

Globee Awards winners may use their eCertificates to highlight their recognition but should not present these as professional licenses, academic certifications, or endorsements of subject‑matter expertise.

For Judges

Judges who complete at least 50 verified assignments for any Globee Awards program receive a verified Certificate of Appreciation specific to that program. eCertificates are issued:

  • Monthly (by the 28th of the month) for judges who qualify by the 20th
  • After the announcement of winners for remaining participants

All certificates are subject to verification. Discrepancies may result in updates or revocation.

Participation as a judge is voluntary and does not include financial compensation or confer any form of academic or professional certification.

⚠️ Important Note

The verified eCertificate is the only official recognition provided by the Globee® Awards.
We do not issue, sign, or endorse:

  • Reference letters
  • Personal recommendations
  • Endorsements for immigration, employment, or academic admission
  • Third-party certifications of expertise

By using and displaying your eCertificate, you confirm that you understand its intended purpose—as recognition of your achievement or participation—and not as a formal academic, licensing, or credentialing document.
