Kimber Weigh In

Well I weighed in at 113.4 this morning. Lisa, I hope you had fun with your sister! That is fun. You are amazing with all that working out, maybe you don't need to lose anything, you looked really really good last time I saw you. I think you are way in shape!
I am not doing much, we are just focusing on eating less and healthier as a family and it is good. We do have dessert but just a little bit. One thing we do if we make cookies I only cook up one pan so we don't over eat them and put the rest of the dough in the fridge for another day. Plus we only eat them at night so I don't eat them all day. I try to only have sweets once a day and limit the portion size. I also keep a fruity kind of gum handy and when I am craving something sweet that seems to work for me. As far as working out I haven't done much and still am trying to get more in in that area, just been pretty busy. I haven't really focused on myself just focusing on keeping Eliana active, I guess that has worked for me.
Brindy, that is too bad that both Lisa and I can't attend your class, I would love to as well. I would be interesting in learning what you are doing in your class.
Both of you girls are amazing. Keep up the work! I think it is important to be in shape and you girls are definitely in shape with all your workouts you are doing.

Lisa's weigh-in

I'm at 133. The scale was at 131, but my sister was here over the weekend, so we went out to eat a couple times. I don't feel bad about it, I just need to get back on track. I'd like to be at 131 the next time I post.
Brindy, I agree. Ten pounds in a month is a lot, and probably unreasonable. 6-8 weeks sounds good. I'd love to come to your workout class, but don't see that actually happening. I actually feel like I'm getting a really good variety of workouts in. With training for the marathon, in any given week, I do the following: 2 Jillian Michaels workouts, swim, bike, speed workout on the track, two short runs and one long run. It's really fun and I'm not bored. And I think it's helping me to be more toned all over.
I'm getting another cold, which really stinks. I haven't completely gotten over my original cough. The up to this is, with a scrathy throat, nothing tastes very good. So eating right should be easier for the next few days.

Kimber Weigh In

Well, this week I weighed in at 112.4. I still need to work out more as I am losing my abs and such. You guys can decide the new goal date, April 1st is fine with me. I am ready for a massage whenever. If you want to want a little longer that is fine. I have faith in you two. You are doing great and make sure your goals are reasonable if we are doing April 1st. Just let me know what the plan is.

drop a dress size

i check the "drop a dress size" out a little more and found out that i am already doing more than that. disappointing. the weight will come off sooner or later i guess, i just need to keep switching up my exercising.

I feel stronger now that i am teaching my class and maybe a little thinner, but my pants still don't fit me very well, and i have a pooching tummy! i am just waiting to start loosing weight again, b/c we work so hard mon/wed/fri. and for 45 min. i think i already wrote about how the first week or two i lost 2 or 3 lbs, but within 2 days i gained 2 back. have does that work? i thought maybe muscle, but i don't know how that works either or if that is even true. anyway, i wish i knew how my body worked better.

i agree! we can gain focus again and loose weight. however, i don't want to sound negative, but i do not know if we can loose 10 lbs in a month, well, at least i am pretty sure i can't. i think were we do not have that much extra weight anyway, it is going to be hard and probably pretty unhealthy to loose that much weight that fast. that is just my opinion. i say we should set the date for 6-8 weeks.

here is maybe a quick solution for us. i did this after i had lyra and lost 5lbs in one week. i only did it for one week and i did not follow it completely b/c i needed more calories b/c i was nursing. basically i just ate the soup for dinner and lunch and ate whatever else during the day. it is called the AMAZING SOUP DIET. also, i was not exercising either, just hanging around the house. so i imagine if you are eating all the soup you want and exercising, and following their meal plan, you will loose weight fast.

or i would just go to HERE and check out the diet & health catagory. i think i might do the "drop a dress size in 6 weeks". we'll see.

this might be crazy, but lisa, you should come to my class. you would have to get up stinking early, but it is seriously hardcore, in my opinion.

Lisa's sad but true weigh-in

Hi girls. I haven't posted in a long time. You can guess why... I weigh 134-135 ish. I've been there for a few weeks. I CAN'T get motivated! I've started training for my marathon and I want to eat everything all the time. I don't want to run the race at 135. It's too hard on my body. I want to be at least 125. And when I go on my long runs, I get all pumped up about losing 10 more pounds b/c I know I'll feel better. But then I get home, am starving and tired and eat for the rest of the day. Help me! I know I can do it, I just have to get motivated. I'm so happy with the weight I've lost, I'm so glad to be wearing smaller clothes, I'm so excited to be smaller. I can't figure out why I'm not applying that to help me lose 10 more pounds. I know part of it is that I'm tired of worrying about it and I just want to not be thinking about it all the time.

Okay, I can do this. I can lose 10 pounds. I can! Keep me accountable! I know that helped so much before.

What do you guys think about April 1st for a celebration? Let's go get our massages. I promise I can lose 10 pounds by then. We can do it!

Kimber Weigh In

Today I weighed in at 113.4. Let me know girls when you are ready to celebrate! What are your new goals, mine is to maintain under 115 or right at, but hope I don't get over that for my morning weight. I also need to get back on track with my workouts, I have been good about being active as I am trying to keep Eliana active so I do things like have dancing parties or go for walks or other games and such, but I feel like I am losing my muscle that I gained from 30 day shred so I would like to get back on track with that so I can tone my body. I am happy with my weight I just want to tone more so I gotta do more workouts to help that. Last week was beautiful outside so it was nice to get out and walk and do things outside.
