I am not doing much, we are just focusing on eating less and healthier as a family and it is good. We do have dessert but just a little bit. One thing we do if we make cookies I only cook up one pan so we don't over eat them and put the rest of the dough in the fridge for another day. Plus we only eat them at night so I don't eat them all day. I try to only have sweets once a day and limit the portion size. I also keep a fruity kind of gum handy and when I am craving something sweet that seems to work for me. As far as working out I haven't done much and still am trying to get more in in that area, just been pretty busy. I haven't really focused on myself just focusing on keeping Eliana active, I guess that has worked for me.
Brindy, that is too bad that both Lisa and I can't attend your class, I would love to as well. I would be interesting in learning what you are doing in your class.
Both of you girls are amazing. Keep up the work! I think it is important to be in shape and you girls are definitely in shape with all your workouts you are doing.
