J. discovered how to get out of her crib and port-a-crib. One day I discovered that she had gotten out to add guest to her nap time!

We had a big reunion with Scott's family. We are getting pretty big with 3 to be added this year!!

For part of the reunion we went to Antelope Island (L calls it cantaloupe island). My first time ever being to the island and to the great salt lake! The girls loved the water and loved the open space to play.

They were so tired when we left.

We climbed up Ensign Peek. Another first for me.

The next day we headed to Deer Creek.

The other night I went to check on the girls. J. wasn't in her bed and I wondered where she could be. Then turned around to check on L. Just before I took the picture j's leg was over L's face.

L took dance this summer. It has been over for about 3 weeks now but she still is walking around the house saying "plie, up Plie, up. Make a circle. Point. Point. Point. Arabesque. Jump out Jump in Jump out jump in.

We also had a reunion with my dads side of the family. I didn't take pictures like a should have but one of the days we headed over the mtn with the family.

Scott "If we open the screen the bugs will come in the house."
Lilly, after thinking for a moment "Oh ya, because bugs bums are chubby and they can't fit through those little triangle things!"

In a Nutshell

I want to get back on track with this whole blog thing and if I have the dounting task of dong an overview of the whole year don't think I will so here it is in a nutshell.
This year hasn't been without its ups and downs, we have laughed uncontrollable and cried until there were no more tears to cry (well that is mostly me, Scott isn't a crier) That is Life! All together our family is happy and these 2 little girls keep us on our toes! I say that L is the silly one and J is the goofy one. They play so well together and love having each other around.
We are no long Renters!
Scott got a new job working for the School District.
L is in Preschool
J is the only kid on Nursery
We inherited a dog from Scott's Brother. Which has been great for the girls. No more terrified screams when dogs come around.
