Chasing the Sun

I have always thought it a little odd that spring break is in the middle of March. It is still cold. Most people around here go find some place warmer. Scott's brother invited us to go with them to Mesa Verde so we headed that way. It was almost 20 degrees warmer than home! Loved the sun and loved spending time with cousins.

Here He Is!!

Owen is 1 month! He was born on February 6. We got to the hospital at 2 am. The Dr. broke my water and we waited. Thanks to a wonderful drug called stadol I was able to sleep in the mist of contractions. Finally at 7:30 I was ready to push. By the time they got everything ready I pushed 4 times and Owen was here at 8am on the dot!

Lilly and Jane couldn't be happier. Poor boy, he has 3 moms! Scott is loving having a little man in the house. They are already planning hiking trips and construction projects! I am in aw that I have 3 kids and am so happy they are all happy and healthy.
