Our Fall...

We had a pretty busy fall... First it was Auminee and volleyball, she decided to stay down and not try out for highschool... it was so fun. They had a really good team and won 1st in league and 1st at the tournament. I had to only miss 1 game. She got voted team captain with Jessica Guymon and they were also the setters. They improved very much from last year. In October we went to St. George for a softball tournament and got to go swimming, shopping, and Gar and I did a session at the temple, Kadin watched the kids. Aum stayed home with Jaden. Then it was Halloween, so fun. We painted our pumpkins then carved them the night before. It was pretty fun. But that night someone broke into our garage and stole our keys to both vehicles. It ended up costing us 100 dollars to get keys for our Ranger. It was pretty stupid. Auminee dressed up like 3 times. She did the spook alley and a party as a cavewoman, then on Halloween this is what her and Jaden were... they also went trick or treating and picked up Bay. Ambree was a dead ninja, Garek was a knight. They were all so cute and it was fun. Ambree also played soccer and it was soo cute. Erin did a good job coaching. She started late and missed a couple games because she was sick, but she loved it. Then we had Am's 9th birthday party. It was pretty crazy, she invited a few friends and then we had the fam over. It was good. I can't believe it has been a year since she was baptized and now she has all 4 front teeth!:) Thanksgiving weekend was awesome. My favorite. So many blessing to be thankful for. We had an awesome fall and are ready for Christmas.

Kats first buzz!

Her first Buzz at almost 4 months old, what a shame! So Breeze should be the one who is posting this, but it was sad and funny so I decided since I actually did the work, I'll do the post! This is the before "do."



Here is the after "do". Breez was pretty sad, and shaving that black hair was sad. But it really will hopefully be her only buzz!!! Good thing she is so stinkin cute!!!

Labor day weekend.

So the first day started with this.... Auminee, Jaden, and Jake wrecked on their way to town to the emery football game. It was horrible. They luckily got a ride back to camp. They were all pretty shaken up, but pretty much unhurt. She was so scared and cried until she went to bed. Gary was hunting with Johnny and they didn't get back until after dark, she kept saying, "I just want my Dad." So after he got back she went to bed.


The next few days were less stressful. We had fun camping with everyone, but I think the kids had more fun. They built a hut and that kept them pretty busy. Ambree did some hard core flirting, (Gar handed that down to her!) it was pretty funny. I do not want it to get cold! Thanks to everyone for the good food and fun. Oh, and all the hunting was wayyy fun! I am so thankful Aum was okay, and hope we all learned a little lesson from this!

The first day!

I don't know about anyone else, but I was pretty ready to get back to a schedule. We were horrible this summer, sleeping in, staying up late. I love schedules! My kids have adjusted pretty well and Aum has her first volleyball game today against helper. She got voted team captain this year. She loves volleyball. Ambree has 2 retainers now, so needless to say she talks a little different! Garek had his first cavitiy and had to have versed! It really made him loopy, but he didn't sleep. He is the non-sleepingest kid. Anyway, summer was great and went by to fast. I am so not ready for winter. I got to go to my Grandma's and can salsa and spaghetti sauce with her, my Mom, and Aunt Trudi. It was fun. I have so many projects for myself. Wonder if any will get done?

Auminee turns 14!!!

So Auminee turned 14 on the 12th, it is a little late, I've been busy and then I had some problems with my computer and couldn't get into my blog. Anyway, I can't believe I've been blessed with Auminee now for 14 years! She is such a good girl. I am so proud of her. She is a teenager, complete with "tude," and she totally thinks we are so nerdy! But, she is so smart, helpful, talented, fun, air-headed, messy, loving (sometimes,) beautiful, sometimes spiritual, silly. I love her laugh. She will even laugh at herself. The things she is interested in now are friends, texting, guitar hero or rock band, volleyball, softball, she is ready to go back to school already, reading, she has a myspace (which accounts for our computer problems), she LOVES Garek, wants baby Kinnick, and playing speed or Nerts! Anyway, Happy Birthday to Aum, I love you so much and am so proud of you. OH, for her birthday she had a boy-girl party and invited 39 friends, thank goodness less than 20came! We then had girls camp and camping!

Garek turned 4!!! At least he doesn't really look it!

So my baby turned 4 on the 29th. We had 2 parties for him. Once at Breez's with a Maggie Moo's cake because Gary was playing a softball tournament up there, and then on his real birthday we went to the park and he had a baseball cake that was soooo beautiful! He wanted a new horse, he said, "a big horse, and a baby horse." He also got a mit (he's been way obsessed with baseball lately, its pretty cute), a sleeping bag (he got it because I don't want to sleep with him when were camping anymore), candyland, memory, a new cowboy hat, shoes, bubbles, coloring books, lightning macqueen jamas and 2 movies. He had a good birthday. Don and Terri, my grandma E., and Kor and Bret were the only ones at his party, seems they get smaller every year. That night I said did you like your birthday, he said, "yea mom I loved it." Oh, I forgot to say we went swimming that morning with Kor, Taylan and Ryder. Auminee was missing, she went to a UVU volleyball camp for 3 days. I am so happy to have him, he brings me so much joy, love, and a little frustration. He is so big though. He still loves horses. Like I said he is way into baseball. He loves movies, just about any. He likes books, especially horse books, he knows right where to find these at the library. He is anorexic still, but growing taller. He is still my most handsome little man! He says the funniest things. He goes to primary and last week got a picture of Jesus for being so good! He is getting so old and so am I! Boo hoo.

California Trip

So we went to California on June 6th, same time as about everyone else! It was pretty fun. We drove there in 1 day, that wasn't to bad and the kids were soooo good. That day we just hung out at the hotel. The next day we went to Newport beach then back to the hotel to swim and then went to Outback, one of our favs. The next day we went to the movie and was just pretty lazy. Tuesday we went back to the beach and rented some boogie boards. I totally rocked the waves. Not really. The water might've touched my toes while I was getting pictures. Wednesday, to Disneyland. It wasn't too crowded this day, so it was okay. Thursday, workshop at Disneyland and way to many people. Friday, preformance at Knott's Berry Farm. The whole state of California's Jr. High age kids came to watch, so lets say it was a little busy. I took Ambree and Garek back to the hotel to swim, with Kor and her kids. Saturday we drove home. It was pretty fun. We ate at IHOP and it was sooo gross. But we had some good food too. The ride home was horrible and long, I complained way more than the kids. Oh, and we took my little bro Devin. He is pretty funny, and does't say much. I am sure we drove him crazy! Garek was not wimpy on any rides and was so much fun. Ambree was a good sport to. Most of us our favorite ride was Tower of Terror. Even Am says that, but it could be cause we all were saying that. We waited in line for 2 hours to see the princesses. FUN.
