We’re looking for bold ideas that remove the barriers between talent and opportunity. Your mission: Build a tool, platform, or experience that helps ambitious students and graduates break into highly competitive industries — and succeed once they’re in.

This could involve:

  • Smarter application tools

  • Innovative ways to prepare for interviews and assessments

  • Systems that connect talent to opportunity more efficiently

 

We won’t tell you exactly how to solve it — that’s up to your creativity. Surprise us with something the world hasn’t seen yet.

Requirements

📦 Submission Requirements
To qualify for judging, your submission must include:

  1. Working Prototype – A functional demo of your solution (web app, mobile app, or other digital tool) that can be tested in a browser or on a device.

  2. Video Demo (max 3 minutes) – Show the product in action, explaining what problem it solves and how it works.

  3. Written Description – Briefly explain:

    • The problem you’re addressing

    • Your solution’s key features

    • The technologies used

  4. Public GitHub Repo – Your code must be available for review (can be under an open-source license or private invite to judges).

  5. User Experience – The prototype should be usable and understandable within minutes by a first-time user.

Optional but encouraged:

 

  • Integration of AI/ML for personalization or automation

  • Data-driven insights or analytics to help the end user improve

  • A clear plan for how this could scale to help thousands of users

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All participants retain ownership of their submissions. By entering the hackathon, participants grant the organizer a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and adapt their project for demonstration, promotional, or development purposes. The winner may be offered a separate collaboration agreement to further develop and deploy their solution in partnership with the organizer.
