The big bad WOLF!!

I was sorting my wash...and I heard something fall to the bottom of the basket...it wasn't a quarter (shown for size purposes only) it was this HUGE killer spider!! I dare say this little man is a "wolf spider"!! See it's twin HERE ! I am NEVER doing wash again!!

Harvest

Peachy!

A sure sign that peach (this peach looks like a blushing tennis ball) season and then fall will soon be on it's way. I am going to savor both!!

As of late many things that I haven't "picked" have "picked" me. Isn't that life? Full of unknown things in each season. Sometimes we can't wait for the season to pass and sometimes we want it to stay forever!

Hay Head

Every few months my hair gets dry and straw like...I hate it!! This stuff... worth it's weight in gold!! It makes your hair like BUTTA!! Looks like there is a sale on at Bath and Body Works right now...all the better!!

My sister is going to Oregon this weekend. I am jealous beyond words!! Oregon is such a pretty and calming place. I was there a year ago...this is what I saw:

What I've learned...

In the past few days:

Swallowing w/ out pain is a blessing!

Swollen glands the size of grape fruits isn't nice!

Days of TV turns ones brain to mush!

Sitting in the doctors office for an HOUR and being pleasant isn't easy!!

Getting a "Talking to e-mail" from ones boss while sick doesn't make one feel better!!

WASH YOUR HANDS!!! and COUGH in your ELBOW!! and DON'T get sick! So this too dosen't happen to you!!

Germs

Yesterday I got home from work and felt a little "off". I took a nap and woke up w/ an awful sore throat and plugged ears. Last night was awful It felt like I had swallowed a package of razors blades and poked sharp pencils in my ears. Not pretty and not fun. Who invited these germs to my party and how do I get them to leave?

While drive'n over the train trax today w/ a resident from the group home where I work I yelled "Make a wishhhhh". She said back quickly "I wish no train is comingggg!!"

Fresh Face

The "girls" and I went to get facials the other night. It was DELISH!!! I do think however it woke each pore up on my face by saying " Hey guys let's have a zit party!!"

Just Junk

Nothing turns out as planned!! I had some extra time today and so I found my self in a thrift store! I found this:

Vintage Garden hand tool: 1.50 (so steep..but I thought it was to cute to pass up)


A pair of BRAND NEW Teva's for 2.00. Not fashionable but oh so comfortable!!! 70.00 retail!!

I've been wanting to "re-do" a vintage child's kitchen for awhile now. Look what I found today!! So sweet! 10.00 and just NO ROOM means I had to walk away!! SO sad!

The junkers best tool!!

Junking can be a "yuckie" dirty job!! Nothing a little wet wipe can fix!! I use these for EVERYTHING!! To clean a dirty item before it hops in my pristine car. To clean my self after a little to much 1 on 1 contact w/ fabulous junk! You name it it has been cleaned by me w/ a wet wipe! Keep a box in your car and feel the bliss!! Happy Sunday!
