Hoppy Easter April 2012
A gorgeous Easter morning!
Easton found his Star wars jammies! Btw I think he's worn them every night for the past week. I have to pry them off him just so I can wash them!
Reagan is always asking me to tell her stories about when I was young. So I told her my favorite memories of Easter were when we'd go out to find all the hidden eggs and we'd always find things hanging in the trees. For me, my Easter dress would always be hanging in the tree and for my brothers it would sometimes be new shoes, or new swim trunks. When Reagan heard this she just started laughing uncontrollably at the sight in her head of all these clothes and things hanging in the trees. Then I started to laugh and we just lied in her bed laughing together. It was a really cute moment for us bc we had had a long day together, dad had been out of town for 5 days and my patience was well worn thin. I'm so glad that I get to have these moments with my kids that puts everything into perspective. Reagan and I have some of our best talks and bonding moments at the end of the day when she asks me to lie in bed with her for a while. I often don't want to bc I'm exhausted and just want to be kid free for the few hours I get b4 I go to bed but I'm always so glad I do. So this year I was glad the Easter Bunny put Reagan's dress in the tree, just like when I was a kid. She thought that was pretty cool!
Daddy and Buggie!
Going through their loot!
Easton of course was happy as can be since the bunny brought him a new train to add to his collection.
After our egg hunt we had strawberry crepes for breakfast with Meena and Bops who made a surprise visit on their motorcycle. Then we headed to church in Apple Valley with Brock's family for more Easter festivities.

We had an early doctors apt. so we had to miss the bike ride but here we are walking down to meet everyone down at the breakfast and egg hunt spot!
Go Easton, go!
My girl turns 6! April 6, 2012
Reagan woke up to a decorated house and a table full of presents. Happy Birthday my sweet girl!
Reagan wanted to have a PJ movie party so all the girls came over in their PJs and brought their favorite blanket. We first decorated little bags and then went on an egg hunt (a Bday tradition since it's so close to Easter).
After pizza dinner we opened gifts!
Cake and ice cream and crazy faces!
Time to watch Rapunzel.
Lots of jumping on the trampoline!

We got to eat all the strawberries we wanted. I think we ate more than our stomach could handle!
