Actually, a family Bible, but grimoire seems much, much more appropriate.
My family has the fortune of having an absolutely amazing family Bible dating from the first half of the 1600s in Switzerland. Written in Swiss German (although my family and last name are Romansh, the rarest of the languages spoken in Switzerland today) it is mammoth and filled with gorgeous illustrations.

I want to take B.a in Archive Studies and History next May. I just love old books! i volunteered at the Maltese National Archives last summer and i absolutely fell in love with the old books.
A love of old books is an excellent statement of character, I would argue. 😉
Could you send me pictures of the grimoire like pages in it I want to read it and look at the illustrations in the grimoire
I don’t actually have it at my own home, and don’t have a camera with higher resolution, unfortunately, but I’ll see what I can do.
I’m interested in your grimoire.
What aspects of it, specifically, if any?
