New Years Eve 2013

I was on call at work for today and tomorrow so really couldn't plan to much. I had talked to Holli earlier in the day and told her if I didn't go anywhere they could come over and we could play games. So around 6:00 they came over and we played cards and ate lot's of yummy finger food. Although we didn't really stay up and bring the New year in...it was still a fun time. Holli and Dave left around ten and Paul and Pam headed to bed around 11:00...Happy New Year ...Here's to an even better 2014...

Christmas Day

We had a very leisure morning as we didn't go to any of the kids home to watch the grand kids open their presents. I guess they just wanted to do it with their own little families. Anyway we had a nice breakfast with my parents and then around noon all the kids started to arrive. We opened presents then played games, some took naps and we just snacked on yummy food and enjoyed each other's company. It was  really a nice day and even the kids said it was the best Christmas ever. We had a wonderful dinner with Ham and Potatoes, salad and then yummy pie later.
