Pinewood Derby '10

This was Justin's last Pinewood Derby :( He did great on his car, with the help of Grandpa, Dad and Ben (Brian's captain at the fire station), and had a great time doing it. It's fun to see him get into it. Justin was hoping to take 1st place, but ended up in 3rd place for the second time in a row. Oh well it was still lots of fun...he had a great time.... with a large fan base there to cheer him on!

Easter 2010

The kids dying Easter eggs....
p.s. I am the only one in the house who will eat them, but they just want to keep dying them.

Easter morning... it's almost like Christmas for my kids.

They were pretty good to sleep in a little bit before they decided to wake us up. I guess I would be excited to find eggs filled with candy :)

Spring soccer

Tuesday was Justin's first game of the spring soccer season. His team has moved up to premier this year because they won 1st place in their division in the fall. Way to go Thunder!!! Anyways, back to the game. It was soooo windy and cold Tuesday. The wind gusts had to be around 30 mph. At one point one of the goals on the other field flipped over. It was so nasty to watch. To make it worse, there was a huge fire in Tooele, so the air was all smoggy looking and there was dust flying everywhere. They ended up loosing the game that day but hopefully it was just the weather.
P.S. Do you like his new lime green cleats??? Yes he picked them out himself :)

Justin was named one of the captains on his team this season. He was so excited. Here he is getting his official captain's band

Easter at the Bunker's

My kids ALWAYS look forward to Easter at the Bunker's house. They are so awesome to my kids, well and us too :) This year we had to do it a week early because Easter falls during Spring Break this year, and they will be in Hawaii- I know... no fair! We each have an egg to find and then the kids get to find tons more themselves. Of course I always look forward to the deviled eggs! YUM!!!!! Each year it gets harder and harder to find your egg. I wonder where mine will be next year???

Cedar Hills Annual Easter Egg Hunt

I took Morgan and Kaden to the city's annual Easter Egg Hunt last Saturday. Brian was working and Justin was at soccer practice, so I thought the kids would have fun with it. WOW was I surprised to see so many kids in 1 spot. The egg hunt lasted about 2 minutes...maybe but they still had tons of fun doing it.

Hurry try and get some eggs!

Don't ask me why Morgan was sitting in the stroller I brought for Kohen:) I guess it was hard work looking for all those eggs.

The boys new hobby!

All the boys, including Brian of course, have always loved hockey, but I think all the hockey on tv lately and the recent Olympics has made them become more interested in playing again. They have slowly been accumulated more hockey equipment and I think they're just about ready to start playing. It's fun now, the last time Brian played roller hockey was when Justin was a baby, now the boys can play with him :) Now I need to take more pictures of them actually playing!

Jacquelyn's visit to Utah

I know I am really far behind on this post, but I just couldn't resist sharing the pictures I got of the kids holding Trey. I don't think Lincoln or Trey ever touched the ground for more than a couple seconds while they were at our house :)

My kids are still talking about everything we did when theses cute boys were here so they are totally ready for another visit!!!

The End of Basketball

Justin's team finally finished their basketball season last week. It's always fun to see him play, but we were all excited to move on to something new. He went straight from football right into basketball and ended up playing 3 seasons in a row. I don't think we will play that many basketball seasons in a row again, he definitely got his share of basketball this year. His team ended up loosing the game right before the championship game. Way to go Justin! And thanks to his great sponsors... Mass Mutual (John) and Bodyguards (Marc)!

Kaden's Fieldtrip

Kaden's preschool class took a fieldtrip to the Bean Museum. They talk to them about all kinds of reptiles and then you get to look at a ton of different animals that have been stuffed.

Kaden let me take a picture of him petting the snake. Does this look fun Aunt April?

Pack Meeting

Weeblos were in charge of pack meeting this month, which meant Justin. The theme was a birthday party, well equipped with games entertainment and clowns :)

I told Justin that if he didn't smile I was going to put the picture on the blog :) I guess he didn't believe me. Here they are getting ready to perform their puppet show. It was Nacho Libre, can you tell who made it up?
