Likely the only thing growing here is mold and weeds, but I fancy it. I am fascinated by how nature takes over. Also just a good style based blog worthy of reading, coming at you from a couple pals in Brooklyn. I miss that place.

Surprising Growth

ImageOLIVE STREET Sandpoint, Idaho: A thoughtful bunch-o-sedum cut for my birthday at the beginning of November has taken a surprising turn, shooting out roots. Sitting by a western facing window in my room, all but forgotten, I noticed an unfamiliar and new hue of green at the base of the bouquet.ImageImageImage

What an extraordinary plant! I admire it’s ability to survive. In the spring I will stick it in the ground and see what happens.
