February 2012 – Application sent to COTW for India Program – thus begins the great paper chase
End of February 2012 – Medicals and Paperwork for final application complete
March 2012 – Fingerprints and DHR background checks complete
April 2012 – Homestudy visits
May 2012 – Homestudy approved by State and sent to USCIS. Application sent to USCIS
June 2012 – Officially registered with C*RA!!!!
July 2012 – USCIS I-800A approval received!!!
January 9, 2013 – Matched with our Baby Girl, “A”!!
February 16th, 2013 – C*RA allotted her to us in the system!
February 2013 – Updated dossier paperwork and Homestudy
March 4th, 2013 – Received word that our official referral paperwork is in the mail!
March 18, 2013 ~ Signed official referral and power of attorney documents.
March 26, 2013 – Mailed i800a supplement to uscis.
April 17, 2013 – Complete dossier mailed to India!!
April 22, 2013 – Received i800a Supplement 3 Approval
April 23, 2013 – Mailed i800 Application
May 22, 2013 – i800 Approval date! (Received in the mail on the 28th.)
May 28, 2013 – Emailed DS230 to Embassy
June 3, 2013 – Received word of ARC approval! (not sure of exact date)
June 4, 2013 – Received Article 5 Letter!
August 22, 2013 – Received NOC. Found out on August 27.
October 11, 2013 – Preliminary Court Approval
October 21, 2013 – Written Orders Received
December 12, 2013 – Travel to India!!!
December 15, 2013 – Met Anjali!
December 16, 2013 – Passport Received
December 18 2013 – Court Appearance
December 19, 2013 – Final Written Court Orders
December 20, 2013 – Flew to Delhi
December 24, 2013 – Home sweet home!
