IUOMA Logo going out
The new IUOMA logo's are printed on coloured paper and sets are being sent out into the network. Besides the digital distribution of the logo this hard copy version goes arround the world as well. In 2013 more special things will heppen because the IUOMA will be 25 years old.
Networking
The central thing in networking is keeping the "US" in mind. What is the role of others in the things I do. In my name the "US" come twice. Funny how you can read USA and USE too. Two parts that network a lot together too....

Mail to J.F. Chapelle - France
Sometimes I send out these larger painted envelopes, size A4. This one goes out to J.F. Chapelle who Always sends me such wonderful gifts and uses a wide creative set of rubberstamps. So included in the envelope are some new sheets for him to use. On the envelope also the formal IUOMA postage stamps. I used the worldsinde stams so he has a set of those to see too.....

IUOMA postage
The cards with logo's designed by Litsa Spathi are being sent out now. Off course using the special IUOMA postage designed for the occasion. Otange is worldwide. Blue is Europe. The Dutch versions (white) are shown before.
TAM-Archive
There is now a new rubberstamp for the TAM-Archive. Paperwork will be dated so we know when things arrived, were archived or passed out. Since The TAM-Archive is a large collection this rubberstamp was overdue. The first use......

Historic IUOMA photos
With the year 2013 coming closer I have been digging into the historic archives of the IUOMA to document some details of the past. The logo above is quite known in the mail-art network. In 1990 it was designed by Piermario Ciani (Italy) for the IUOMA and has been used ever since.
Lon Spiegelman (USA) designes also some logos for the IUOMA. His favorite round logos are also wellknow. He made them for several mail-artists and organisations. I even made a rubberstamp of one of the logos (leaving out the year) which is still used.
In the ART-STRIKE years the IUOMA also took its position and declared against it. The formal statement from the archives now located in Breda, Netherlands.

IUOMA Postage Stamps
Envelopes go out now with the formal IUOMA postage stamps. There are 4 variations. Worldwide (orange) and Europe (blue). Two white ones for inside the Netherlands.

Fluxus Heidelberg Postage Stamps
The first Fluxus Heidelberg Center Postage Stamps are going out now. Here is an example of an envelope that goes to "E" in France that is active with his fluxus stamps worldwide. The logo on the postage stamp is designed by Litsa Spathi back in 2003 for the Fluxus Heidelberg Center.

IUOMA Postage - Inside Netherlands
This is the complete sheet of IUOMA postage to be used inside the Netherlands. Litsa Spathi got the first sheet, which will be framed and hung on the wall. I have started using the postage on the outgoing mail-art, so you will be seeing quite a few of them in the future.....
