Texas in June

Getting to surprise my sisters and to see their sweet little babies was the highlight of June. These sweet girls were beyond adorable and I soaked up every single minute with them that I could. It is so hard living far away from family especially at times like this when all I want to do is snuggle their chunkiness.

Christmas 2014 was one of the best years yet. We spent 2 weeks in Texas with the whole Park Gang and it was filled with so much fun. Plus EVERYONE was there! Tyler was back from his mission and Parker and Abigail, Julius wasn't in Hawaii...It was perfect.

Halloween

We hosted our first Halloween Party. Julius and I really enjoyed decorating for Halloween and we went a little over board but I think we were just so excited to decorate for something. Most of our married life with summer sales and then living in Hawaii I realized early on that we only needed the basics and the extra clutter or decorating wasn't very conducive to traveling because it meant extra "stuff" to haul back and forth.  So, this was the first time we could really get into it... needless to say we were excited.
