Our latest trip to Utah and Idaho. We saw lots of relatives and friends. Grandma Anderson came with us too. It was a fun trip. We stayed at Grandma Johnson's house and 3 different Hotels (Thomas calls them Ho-tail's) He was good for the most part. He is a really good traveler, keeps himself busy and likes to watch the scenery as we drive. First we met Grandma, Richard and Chelsea in Las Vegas. They drove from AZ, we drove from CA. We ate lunch and then got to visit with Uncle Wayne, Aunt Glenna, Janae, and Andy for a couple hrs. Richard and Chelsea headed back to AZ, we went on to Fillmore UT, getting there late. We saw Grandma Johnson the next morning at the Hospital. It was nice to visit with her.

We got to see Aunt Rayma, Uncle Cloyd, Monica and her family, and Tim Pulsifer and his fam (Christine's son). It was Memorial Day, so we drove to Meadow to the cemetary. It was beautiful with all the flowers and flags that were out there.
We stayed the night in Fillmore again.

The next day we got to see Amber and her mom in Springville, UT. It was so fun to visit with them too. ImageAmber was about 8 months pregnant. She is having a boy. So exciting!!!Image

We drove the rest of the way up to Boise that night. KImageendell and Michelle took us on a tour of the Boise area. We saw where they used to live, and where the kids went to school. I did not like driving there. Way too crazy trying to cross traffic to turn left, on a main highway. We visited and had lunch with them in a cute little town called Hidden Springs (I think). That night was Megan's graduation from High School. Congrats Megan!!!

I got to see a good friend of mine too - Jennifer. We were room mates back in the early 90's. It was fun to hang out and visit with her. She gave me tons of magazines to take home and look at, I have enjoyed them so far.

After Boise, we stopped in Tremonton to see uncle Merrill and aunt Colleen. We saw Jeri too. It was so nice to see them, it had been way too long since we have seen them. After that we drove to Ogden. JaImagemes wanted to go to the library at Weber State University to look at something he had researched and wanted to see. The part of the library that he needed was closed, so we got a motel there so he could go the next morning. We went and Saw aunt Linnae and uncle Brian while there. Again, it was so nice to visit with them. Thomas had fun playing with all their toys.

Mom got to see 3 of her siblings, her mom, an old friend, and immediate family too. She seemed to really have enjoyed the trip.

Santa brought him a lot of Thomas the Tank Engine Stuff; All new "ImageThomas" Bedding, a Thomas Laptop (mom is jealous, she wants a laptop too), Thomas and the Jet Engine for his train table, and other little gadgets. He got lots of cool stuff from his grandma and aunts and uncles too.

Crash Test Dummy..........KABOOM!!!

Merry Christmas to me..... on Dec 27th I was in an accident on the freeway..... That has been my biggest fear and this was the 2nd time I have been in an accident on the freeway. The first time was on the 55 and I hit the car that cut me off in the car pool lane, I had to chase the guy who I hit, Luckily I caught him....I was not at fault. This tiImageme I was the 5th car in a 5 car pile up on the 91. The other cars had already hit each other and were totally stopped. I came up on it too quickly to stop in time. KA BOOM!!!! I know it doesn't look like I hit very hard, but I was jolted pretty hard. I am surprised my little Toyota held up so well. I feel I am not at fault this time either... we'll see.

Luckily I wasn't injured, just a bit frightened. Now that it has been a couple of days my body is starting to feel it. The steering column got jammed up and feels real strange. I think the seat moved too. I am taking it in to have an estimate and to get fixed tomorrow.
