May the 4th be with you

We celebrated Star Wars day with a FHE lesson! Bobo loved this lesson more than any lesson ever. He’s obsessed with Star Wars.

The day was complete with light sabers and Rey and Princess Leia hair do’s for the girls.

Life During Quarantine

Our life actually hasn’t changed that much since quarantine started other than the fact that we live in a  whole different state. We’re used to spending most of our days at home. We’ve kept busy by unpacking and organizing. Some of us have taken naps.

Some of us have spent time by ourselves in a brand new room.

Daddy has helped hang up some pictures and even hung some shelves up for the dolls. Haha

Lunchtime and brand new haircuts!

Constant never ending laundry!

More naps!

Some baking. I’m not the fun parent when it comes to baking. Jordan is the one who enjoys it and let’s the kids help out.

I just sit back and watching and maybe help a tiny bit.

Snacks and daddy’s “bippers”

Daddy snuggles are the best. They all get excited whe daddy gets home but this one might be the most excited!

Easter 2020

This Easter was quite a bit different than other years. I wasn’t able to go out and slowly collect stuff for their Easter baskets or go shopping for color coordinated outfits because of quarantine. So I did my best and did some online shopping. And even though we never left the house and didn’t go to church, We still got dressed up anyway.

Daddy made a yummy breakfast. We had an Easter church lesson. And then got dressed up in the outfits I ordered online.

We did things a little different. Usually I set out there Easter baskets on the couch the night before but we decided to change it up. I set out their outfits with no baskets. Jayven was very confused that their weren’t any baskets. So we told them that they had to do a scavenger hunt to find their baskets. It was a lot of fun! I think we might keep up with the tradition.

Bobo was so excited that he got Star Wars socks and underwear in his basket!

I curled Jemma’s hair for the first time and she was really loving it if you can’t tell! Haha.

Jayven enjoyed his Easter basket goodies!

Jemma was mostly excited about the candy. She kept helping herself so we had to end up hiding it again so she wouldn’t eat all of her candy.

Even daddy got an Easter basket. I slowly collected some chiefs super bowl stuff from Kansas before we left and saved it for his Easter basket.
