A lazy summer afternoon for Jones!

New flower garden!

I started planting the flowers (see Jim's blog!) , but the ground was rock hard!! Jim graciously came out with his heavy duty garden pick and finished planting the salvia, vincas, marigolds (in honor of guess who) and the lobelia.

Yesterday Jim, Kristi and I attended the delightful wedding of Rachael Buchanan (my cousin Miriam's granddaughter) and Ashley Schroeder. Here is the bride with her parents, Doug and Felicia.

A visit to Idaho

Our little Goldie and Auntie Kristi are going to miss each other!! Have to have lots of visits.
We had a great visit with Judy, Amy, Heather, and Mike at a wonderful restaurant on the river. So good to catch up with everyone!

Jim decided Hawk House needed a new lawn mower. Here he is trying it out. Toby likes it too!
We have a great new walking path by our house. It follows a creek with duckies and everything!!

Early Sunday morning Kristi and I drove off to Kristi's new home in Carpinteria. The cats were very good travelers!
