When Bobo was 2, we told him Santa Claus was coming on Christmas Eve and he hated the idea of some strange man coming into our house. He was really upset and didn't calm down until we promised repeatedly that Santa would NOT come into his room AT ANY TIME that night while he slept. The kid really did have a valid point and I had to agree with his logic. Unknown man enters homes in the dead of night and checks on children as they sleep--it is kind of creepy when you stop and think about it. So it wasn't a surprise when he lost his first tooth and refused to put it under his pillow. He wasn't willing to give it up even for a dollar. He lost his two front teeth over the 4th of July weekend and once again he has refused to put them under his pillow. He would rather keep them in a styrofoam cup on his dresser than endure a night time intrusion from a strange tiny fairy-GIRL. AHHHH! Gotta love that boy!

I took Pookie for her 2 year old pictures this week. She just didn't want to cooperate until the very end!

I have been MIA on my blog since October and have just recently found both the time and the motivation (I don't know which is more important) to get started once again. For the same reasons that I avoid the ladies restroom at half-time, the 202 between 5 and 6, and going to a movie on its opening night, I've put this off 'cause let's face it...Being back-blogged just isn't very fun.
