My Photography Skillz

I find great pleasure in taking pictures! Although, most of the time they aren't super good. But on occassion, I happen to capture magnificent pictures! :D They are wonderbar! Here's a few.. :)

Although it's not permanent. :( I wish it was! It's so fun! Last year they had it up in a large tent. I went twice last year. This year they made an outdoor rink!

Today was my 2nd time going! It was a lot of fun! My friend Shayna invited me to go with her and some friends. Me, Shayna, Garret (Shayna's lil' bro), Emily, Brenna, Miquelle, and Robb all showed up!

Baptisms for the Dead

Each Wednesday, me and some friends go to the Temple to do Baptisms for the Dead! It is such an amazing experience each time we go. I love going to the Temple so much!! I don't know what I'd do without it being so close to where I live!

For the temple is a house of God, a place of love and beauty.

Christmas Choir Trip!

December 3rd and 4th, the Pine View Concert Choir went up north to Salt Lake City to sing and sing and sing! :) We headed up there at 5:30 am Friday morning.

It's early!!! :(

All of us were sleepy, so we slept most of the morning. By the time the sun was rising, we were all awake and talking away! ;)

So tired we're crazy! ;)

We finally got up to the State Capitol Building (the first stop of singing) and waited for Trilogy to get there.

Trilogy had gone up the day before so they had already been singing for a day. They were on day two. We went inside the Capitol Building and sung under the big dome! Man was it coooool!!! :D It echoed like you've never heard any other echo before! It was completely awesome! :) We sung our songs there and had a fun time doing it! (Sorry I have no pictures of this.)

Then we went to our hotel and checked in. At 2:30 we went down to Temple Square where we went and sung in the Joseph Smith Building!

It was so cool! We were right next to the temple too!! I had been to Temple Square once before when I was about 9, but I don't remember much of it.
It was awesome to go again! After we sung in the JSB, we had an hour and a half to do whatever we wanted.
Morgan Wood and I went to the Visitors Center and talked to some Sister Missionaries. I LOVE Sister Missionaries!! They are AWESOME!! :D I hope I can be a sister missionary one day! :)
I also went and took pictures of the Temple, the Reflection Pool, some more of the Temple, and then even MORE of the Temple with the Christmas Lights on! :)
After we went over to the Assembly Hall and sung there!

We were recorded and told after the trip that we would be put on the radio next year! Woot! hehe :)

Then we went over to the Visitors Center and listened to Trilogy do one of their performances.
After we went to the hotel and got ready for bed.

I also planned some surprises for my friend, Shayna Henrie's, birthday the next day. Her mom was up north also watching our performances, and she was staying in the same hotel as we were. So I planned some things with her :)
We decided at midnight we'd go into Shayna's room and jump on her bed, and wake her to give her a present. :) I got my room, Shayna's room, another room of girls, and some random others, to meet outside Shayna's room at 12. We got everyone there and then went into Shayna's room and all jumped on the bed, waking her up. :) It was fun! Then we sung quietly, "Happy Birthday!" :)
The next morning, my room, and Shayna's mom, brother and sister, all went and woke Shayna up again, but this time at 7. We took her out to breakfast at Denny's! It was a lot of fun! :)

We stopped at the Provo mall for lunch and GUESS WHAT!?! :D I saw Marissa!! From UREA!! I hadn't seen here since then! It was so awesome!! :D What a surprise! Haha it totally made my day and weekend! It was amazing! For reals, what are the chances of us seeing each other there in the mall!? It was sweetious! :)
The ride home was fun. We played the sound game! :) Hehe it was so so so so FUN! :D

Senior Pictures

Can I just say, my parents are fantabulous!! They do so much for me! I love them so much! In the fall, I asked my parents if they would take my senior pictures for me!
