100 Posts!

Hey!  That last post was number 100!  Feeling pretty proud of myself for getting to 100.  OK, now it's time to get back to work...

Medical Procedure #2

Seriously, this getting older thing is for the birds...yesterday, I had my first experience with anesthesia and an endoscopy.  Not the worst experience of my life, but I don't relish a life with these new procedures.

End of an Era

Today's announcement that Justice John Paul Stevens is retiring from the Supreme Court oddly brought back way too many memories of Constitutional Law, Federal Courts, and Advanced Appellette Brief Writitng from law school.  He has had an amazing influence on the shaping of law and history in the United States.  Regardless of whether I agree with all of his decisions, he is a brilliant man!  It's sad to see these truely great and brilliant legal minds all retiring from the Court.  The most recent appointees just can't seem to compete.

Why won't it just fold itself???

It's bad enough that I have to wash it every week...why can't it just fold and put itself away????  It would make my life so much easier (and, happier, too).
