About

Meet Jenilee

Since high school, I’ve been the go to person for advice, help, ideas, or just as someone to talk to. I have a knack for taking problems or situations or crazy moments and bringing a bit of calm, creative solutions and practical next steps.

I love walking with women through all the things… even the complicated things.

Whether in-person or over zoom, we’ll work through your story, every single page. I bring compassionate listening, helpful validation, and needed support as you untangle even the messiest aspects of life.

I’ve got some messy parts to my story too. I’ve walked a road through emotional abuse, a destructive marriage, an unwanted divorce, and watching my world fall apart as I obeyed God with a full stop.

On the other side, I’m watching God put my world back together with a beautiful go and do the next thing with resilience and strength.

I have experience in churches, schools, and organizations from around the globe. I’ve lived and worked in the US, France, Senegal, and South Africa.

At home, I’m a mom to three AMAZING young adult women on the spectrum. I’ve homeschooled over 15 years, making accommodations for ADHD, autism, slow processing, and all the sensory issues.

In coaching, I bring that expertise to you in 1:1 sessions and group coaching. I will use tested, reliable, real tools that bring quick change and helpful new ways of thinking that will impact your daily life. You will see results and growth through small changes in what you think, believe and do.

I’m thankful and excited to welcome you to Jenilee Rachel Coaching. Let’s tackle the hard things together.
