Mom threw a Merrill Christmas party so Grandma Merrill came down and stayed at our house. She read books, played lots of games, did puzzles, and the boys played all their piano music for her. It was great having her stay with us! Love you Grandma!!

Dance

The girls had their first dance recital on Saturday morning at Troller Square. They were so cute and did such a great job. Thanks everyone for coming. I wish we would have got more pictures with everyone but we had to hurry out to get the boys to Jr Jazz.

Grandma and Papa Merrill gave the kids a money tree in their Christmas countdown so we were able to go help some kids in need. The kids decided it would be cool to help kids that go to our schools so we picked out coats, gloves, and hats and delivered them to the library. The kids loved it. Thanks mom and dad.

After we delivered the coats we picked Justin up from work and went to Temple Square. It was very cold so the kids liked looking at everything inside. We had a great night.

Megan's birthday

A group of ladies went downtown Thursday morning for Megan's birthday Brunch. Love these ladies.

Snow Day

Today was had Stake Conference and it just didn't happen. We always try to go but with Justin is still resting his eyes and i was not about to take the 4 kids to Stake Conference alone. Instead we played outside in the snow. Taylor and Brax played football and Macall loved it when I would throw her in the snow piles.

Day 7

Grandma and Papa Merrill gave us a count down to Christmas full of fun things. Last night (Dec. 7) was full of gingerbread houses and money for lunch. We decided to stay in and order pizza because of the snow and because Justin has PRK done Friday. After pizza we built our gingerbread village. The kids added some extra candy and loved decorating houses for the second time.

The other night we made the kids go to Festival of Trees. The boys were not very excited but were troopers, especially after we told them we could go to Village Inn for dessert or Hot Cocoa.

Bowling

On Friday morning we went to Bowlero for a game of bowling. The kids loved it and I actually bowled well. That afternoon we went and saw the new Disney movie Frozen. Girls loved the movie!

Black Friday Shopping

After thanksgiving we decided to go to a Target for a little Black Friday shopping. We picked up movies and Skylanders. Jus and I bought a new vacuum online earlier that day. We had a good time out with the crazies.
