Easter 2012

I really do enjoy Easter.  It starts to look like spring outside, everything is fresh, and it gives us another reminder of Christ and his Sacrifice for us!  We were able to have a great combined FHE with my family that live in the area.  Reflecting on the last few days of the Saviors life and teaching our children was such a great experience.

Since then, he always tells me "My friend Jesus Christ is coming to the park with me" (or whatever other activity he is doing.)  Although he talks to "His Jesus Christ" like an imaginary friend it has warmed my heart to see him play.  He really is "his" Jesus Christ.  Just like he is "my" Jesus Christ, and just like He is your Jesus Christ.  And his spirit can be with us ALWAYS, if we only invite it to come with us: to the park, to school, to work, at home, or wherever we might be. WE ARE SO BLESSED!!!

I have a few cute pics of my kids on Easter Sunday. It was a great day filled with Family, love, and the spirit! Hope you all had a great Easter as well! And may His spirit be with you always!

Happy Easter Everyone!

Willow is 8 months old!

A few things about my little Willow at 8 months. 

*Happy - ALL THE TIME. 

*Loves Rocking front & back or side to side while sitting

*LOVES music.  laughs anytime it's playing

*Loves Tebbin & puts up with his too hard hugs & kisses.

* Jabbers alot. The only actual word she says is "Mama" :)

*loves bath time, water, & splashing brother.

*does the 'airplane' on her belly (she hates being on her belly.) We are working on getting her to crawl

*can hold herself standing if we put her next to the couch/bed/end table. Then laughs because she thinks she's sooo big.

*Folds herself in half while sitting to either a) smile at you sideways, or b) fall asleep.

*loves real people food. Always eating whatever we are, and eats A LOT.

*has a lot of hair (obviously) & has already had 2 haircuts since she was born!

*currently 18 pounds

*Our favorite smile is when she sticks her tongue out (see bottom pic below)

We really have been so blessed with great kids, and especially good babies.  Hopefully all future children will also have this sweet disposition!

We all agreed that daddy made the best valenbot.  Tebs carried this guy around for DAYS!!!

No where near as creative as the Renfores Valenbot Extravanganza, but we had so much fun doing our first annual Valenbots and look forward to doing it every year from now on!!!  Thanks again Renfores for the great new Tradition!!!

Willow: 6 & 7 Months

I can't believe my sweet baby girl is 7 MONTHS OLD!!!  it seems like I JUST had her!  She has been such a happiness in my life.  Heres my 6 & 7 month photos of her!

And her 7 month photos!  Her hair is getting so long, I could help but curl it! (and she's already had 2 hair cuts since she was born)

She really is such a light in our lives.  We thought Tebbin was a pretty good baby, but she is an ANGEL in comparison.  Always happy, always laughing, and such a sweet disposition!  I love being her mommy!
