Snow!

I vaguely remember something last night about snow today, but not this!!

Such a fun day for the kids!!

I had a minor heart attack driving to pick zach up early. Talk about a stressful drive. LH is really hilly. Thanks to running, I know where the flat roads are. It took me forever but we finally made it one mile to the school. 

Then Asher took a nap and the big kids headed out to make a snowman.  And snow angels. And sg kept eating the show. (???) Thanks to those new snow clothes, they stayed out forever. 

Until zach threw a snowball into sg's face. That didn't go over we'll. 

Zach's latest

I have to make a way bigger effort to get sweet zz in the blog. 

9yo is a busy social age.... So not only is he already gone every other weekend, but when he's here it's playdates/parties/practices... And I'm mostly shuttling him around. No big complaints, as I can have many many priceless conversations with him in the car. No camera to catch it. Just my heart.  

He's basically a celebrity at home. The little kids worship him. Must be nice-ha. 

Anyways, here he is on our new front swing. (HUGE hit at our house btw). 

And playing basketball at church. He collected $20 in pledges for this discuss night of Hoops. <3

Love this kid so much. He's got my heart!!

Great Wolf Lodge

We had a super fun time at gwl this weekend!  We were there to celebrate Asher's birthday. All the kids LOVE it there!!!

After a day in the water, we had some Spider-Man cupcakes for this guy. 

He tried so hard to blow out the candles. Three was a lot!

This is how we do hotels. Kids have their own "room."  Dad gets to watch Super Bowl. 

We have a system. Lol

The second day we had a cabana where we could eat, watch tv, etc. 

We will definitely get a cabana again!

So glad they were dressed cute, bc this is the rest of the cvs rx visit because HOUR LONG WAIT, OHMYHEAVENSCALGON. 

Sometimes the antics will get us out of there sooner, but I think we were closer to getting kicked out this time. Lol

Asher has taken this air guitar from Zach's room and plays it every day. Actually, he just plays this one song over and over. 

And over. 

The kids got some snow clothes, and after trying them on, they fell in love. I eventually had to hide those bibs!
