Juicy Pop QP!

I have another quickpage using a kit from the Pretty Scrappy shop!

The QP was made using Juicy Pop by Creations by Rachael. This kit is super fun.. the title is so appropriate for the kit, it just pops! I really loved this kit when I worked with a sampler of it during Pretty Scrappy’s Quickpage Team challenge, and now, I have a chance to work with the whole kit:

Pretty, Scrappy, Girly layouts and a freebie!

I’ve been busy and I’ve been neglecting my blog. Anyway, I’m back with a freebie. Yay!~

But first, here are some layouts using my Pretty, Scrappy, Girly freebie kit. Thanks girls for leaving me a link with your work. Hugs!

Girly by Beaches. She has some beautiful tags at her blog and provides a tutorial with them too, so you can make them for yourself. Most elements from my kit, not the girl though =P

Sole-mates by scrap_love. It’s about sole-mates, a picture of him and her wearing the same shoes. Lol, what I cute idea! You can see more layouts by her here. She used the frame and notebook paper from my kit.

You can get Pretty, Scrappy, Girly here. And no, that’s not the freebie he he. I have a new one, made using my Birthday Overlay which I created for PS’ CU Challenge.

How about some stripey, glitter-y papers? I’m thinking birthday layouts here, but maybe you could also use them for other stuff. Click the preview to download.

Birthday Overlay and Mischa’s House Album

I entered (yet) another challenge at PS. It’s called the Let’s Get Creative CU Challenge. Kelly (Late Night Scraps) comes up a with a theme each month and the participants would have to create a CU element based on that. Then at the end of the month, everyone who participated gets all the CU items contributed. Cool, huh?

Here’s my entry. Just played around with blending modes and styles. I wanted something glitter-y =P

Here is how I used my In the House Album, created with Pretty Scrappy’s In the Neighborhood Kit:

Topsy-Turvy Cakey~

I just did the template challenge at PS, and for this month, it’s called Icing on the Cake Challenge. Since, it’s Pretty Scrappy’s birthday, all challenges have something to do with birthdays!

For the challenge, we were asked to decorate a cake template:

p-lns_cake-tiered_cuYou can get the template here. You can get it in psd format so that the tiers are on different layers.

As for my cake, I used warp on the template to produce a fun topsy-turvy cake. Here’s my design:

Isn’t it a cutie? I really like how it turned out. The kit I used is so cool. I’ll have a quickpage using this kit for you on my next post.

Pretty Scrappy QP Team

Woohoo!~ I was invited to be part of Pretty Scrappy’s Quickpage Team. I just signed my contract earlier.

No winners yet though for the Pretty Scrappy Quickpage Team Challenge. I think the members were already chosen from the participants in the challenge, but we will know who are to be awarded various prizes around Sunday.

And so, as part of the QP Team, I have decided to work on Pretty Scrappy’s In The Neighborhood Kit. This kit is super cute full of vibrant colors and a lot of unique elements. Here’s a preview:

p-in-the-neighborhood

I’ll post previews of all the elements and papers of the kit when I have the QP ready for you. Yep, the quickpage I’ll be making will be free for 1 week 🙂 before it goes into the store for them to re-sell or give away.

Happy Birthday Pretty Scrappy!

It’s Pretty Scrappy’s Birthday! And to celebrate, they have a new mega collab kit It’s My Party in the shop. It’s full of birthday party goodies like wrapped gifts, party hats, and of course, cake! It’s also on 40% sale for the week so go get it now! 😀 Here’s a preview:

p-its-my-party

Since it’s a new month, there are new challenges at the Pretty Scrappy forum. The Color Challenge for the month is to make either a layout or a mini kit using at least three colors from the collab:

p-its-my-party-colors

I decided to make a kit, so I can share it with you!:D I could have entered my freebie kit Busy Birthday, which has a similar color scheme, but that’s no fun and no freebie either.

Now, it’s suppooosed to be a mini kit, but I loved the colors so much that I well, went overboard! Kit has ten papers (the green and white plain ones were taken from my Busy Birthday Kit, similar color range remember, I was too lazy to make new ones, lol) There are also 10 straight unique ribbons, perfect for borders or tucking behind photos.

Okay, here’s the freebie. Click the preview for a larger image.
