Taryn's 1st movie @ the cinema

now then got time to update a bit about last weekend
Sat brought Taryn for injection at 3.30pm then we went to Parkway Parade shopping
bought 3 bars of yummy almond, rum & rasin milk chocolates, one packet super nice Kinder Bueno and groceries from Giant Supermarket
was there till 9pm and we went Sims Avenue to fetch bro-in-law from his meeting
he called his GF then we went fetch her at Mandrain Hotel after her clients wedding dinner ends
we suddenly decided to watch ‘Cars’ midnight show while we were in the car
checked and found only 3 cinemas still showing ‘Cars’, we can only watch the 1150pm show at Tao Payoh


off we went to the cinema, we ate dinner mushroom swiss burger meals on the way there
lucky still got tickets coz most ppl stayed home watch soccer
fed Taryn in the car then changed her diapers b4 we went in for the movie
took the aisle seat in case Taryn cries during the movie
I was worried she will get scared by the loud sound effects but she managed to sleep through out the show


we reached home about 2am plus
bath Taryn, fed her then put her to bed


on Sun we went to moi bro-in-law company attend seminar for Long Far International's detox product Pai2 Du2 Mei3 Yan2 Bao3
Taryn poo-poohed during the later half of the seminar -.- so I missed the last part of the Q&A session


waited for bro-in-law take photo with Lui2 Dan1 & Chen2 Jian4 Bing1 then we went to Ikea look at mattress
its for our old bed at Maysprings, we need it for sleep overs next time during the weekends
mom-in-law bought more chocolates and cookies, think its hard for me to diet with all that food at home :s
we ate the nice hot dog sold at Ikea for tea, very cheap lor, S$1.70 for a hot dog and drink :p
bought 2 stools home, 1 for Taryn, another for mom-in-law


we went to West Coast for dinner then went home to rest for the night
was so tired that I fell asleep after Taryn slept thus never game at all
miss moi gaming kakis alot :c

this morng over slept, end up took cab to work, total cab fare S$11/-
always like this whenever I woke up in the middle of moi sleep
reached office at 8.30am then know S and R fly me kite
me gotta do 3 men show again today :s
jia1 xin1 (add more work) but never jia1 xin1 (add more pay), wait long long then will get increment
anyway tomorrow is moi Sat off but S exchanged her off with me so gotta wake up early
working on weekends really sian1/2, moreover again me gotta do 3 men stunt again :c


thinking about tomorrow, Taryn gotta go for injection again
called the clinic and made an afternoon appointment
each time after her jab then the whole house will go into alert mode :s
got to check her temperature often, feed her more water, check her injection point for any swollen signs etc
thinking about it already making me faintz lolz


had a nice chat with moi Director SP, he told me the reason why Director D left the company
one will never see the true color of a person unless one kanna conflicts in $ matters
talk about $ in a family really can hurt feelings and relationships
well, pass the baton to the younger generation also good lar, M and EY are taking over more responsibilities now that D is gone
cannot disclose confidential details here so not gonna say liao :p


got to know from frenster tat A has separated after less than 2 yrs of marriage
both husband and wife used to work in different dept in the same company as me
never knew he is such a jerk, so mean, calculative and ungentlemanly to take back all the gifts and stuffs
send her a testimonial for encouragement, its the least a fren can do


think gotta start cutting down moi weight and tone up coz moi old clothes all so tight le
size M almost cannot wear liao, dun wanna b a size L lor :c
cannot spend $ go slimming spa so got to do it the hard way
possibly might go check out the courses in the CC, see got any interesting class can sign up anot
moi brain already stopped working while writing this entry in office prior 1/2hr to knocking off haha :p
EY blk the blogger from working in the office svr so cannot blog from office :c
nvm, still can save as a draft then post from home later lolz

Taryn's asleep now, very seldom she sleeps b4 11pm de so took this rare chance to blog

X-Men III - The Last Stand

  


finally took leave with mom-in-law then went to watch the movie last Friday with hubby bear
simply muz catch the movie coz its moi fave Marvel comics
hubby bear caught a cough bug but he still accompany me go watch movie *bear-hugged hubby bear* :p


saw the tease trailer for 'Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest' during the commercial b4 the movie starts
this movie will be added to moi muz watch list hurhurhur
while typing this entry then I remembered Tuesday night we watched 'Over The Hedge' at home on DVD
bro-in-law lend it to us so finally this week I get to watch two of the movies which I've been waiting for


Storm is still moi fave character, love her new hair style, looks way cool
I cried at the secne when Jean died in Wolverine's arm and I felt so sad when I see Leech
I think Angel looks superb, too bad he got no fight scene at all
after watching it I wondered will there be a fourth movie lolz

got good food, great coffee, nice ice creams and cakes and puffs

simple dinner celebrations @ Swensens

we enjoyed a simple dinner celebration @ JP Swensens on hubby bear's bday last week
was quite bz to d/l the pics thus so late then update
we ordered ribeye steak, sambal dory fish and almond lampchops
Taryn kept looking at the lighted candle on the ice cream machiam like she wanna eat too lolz


had a very very full tea @ Changi Airport Terminal 2 on Sun coz uncle-in-law transit from Thailand tru SG back to Perth
he left his baggage with us b4 he went to Thailand so tats y we had to meet him
forgot to bring the digicam along so never took pics of Taryn's 1st time @ the airport
went to JP Kiddy Palace to look at the walkers on the way back home
mom-in-law said can let Taryn sit in it next month


on Mon brought Taryn to see Doc Ng coz she got rashes around her mouth and neck
Doc said its nothing serious lar just apply some medicine can liao
rashes was caused by her dripping saliver coz she is teething soon


she is now eating instant plain rice cereal with milk and also drinking apple juice liao
think can let her eat baby food once her teeth is out
how time flies siah
to think it seems like yesterday tat she was born niah
ok lar time to feed her liao gtg le 881~

the shock of moi life >’<

Taryn fell down from bed last Sat while I was bathing her =(
lucky nothing bad happened *touch wood*


what happened was this:
bath water, towel, clean clothes all readied to bath her
she was on the single bed in baby room
took off all her clothes except her diapers
was going to wash her face, clean her ears, neck and wash her hair before putting her into the bathtub
it was only for a moment that I turned my back to put the dirtied clothes into the laundry basket beside the bed
when I turn back I had the shock of my life to find Taryn on the floor!!!
no sound was heard whatsoever, she lay on the floor with a stunt look
I rushed to carry her, the moment I picked her up she starts brawling
I checked Taryn all over to see if she is all right, trying to stay clam but inside I was so scared I almost cried
she was ok physically, no bumps on the head, no blue-black or redness anywhere, no bones broken, except that she was crying from the shock of the fall
told my mom-in-law about it coz she was in the toilet when it happened
she also checked Taryn all over to make sure everything was ok
mom-in-law told me that we will have to check temperature frequently and prepare to go ER if baby is vomiting
we let Taryn cried her lungs out coz crying makes the blood circulate more thus reduces the blood clot, if any


Taryn never vomit nor cries without reason since her fall 4 days ago
she is feeding, playing and sleeping as per norm
I can relax and sleep better le
one can never know how it is being a mom unless one is a mom
accidents like these might still happen as a child grows up
not easy being a mom, its a 24 hrs job lor
so glad that mom-in-law is with me to guide and help me if not I sure panicked siah
*hugz mom*


hubbys uncle was in SG for work, hes a prof lecturer in Aussy
his whole family migrated to Perth in the 90s
hes staying at mom-in-laws place in Bk PJ for these few days
our whole family went out with him for Sat, Sun and Mon
ate tons of food coz uncle tend to order a ton of food whenever we eat
think I put on weight again after this weekend siah, really got to start dieting and exercising, if not then I got to spend $ buy clothes liao *sobz*


read in sgWG forums that Roxy mei might organize crab eating session at East Coast next Sat 17th June
think I cant go le L coz it clashed with hubby sec sch classmate son 1st birthday party
so long no see the gang, miss their company especially misses Roxy mei
comfort myself that will still have chance to meet them de
for the moment only can meet them online during whatever little free time that I have to see ass :p
also need to upload pics from the digicam and email to father-in-law in HK
I wanna blog pics of Taryn, so fast she is 4 months old le ^^ kekekek

too bz to blog properly nowadays
moi primary sch classmate Ivy (wahahah~ ya i still remembered ur christian name in case u r reading moi blog now) emailed me her baby gal pic ytd (showing 2 front teeth so kawaii neh~)
so fast she's a mother of 2 kids liao, her eldest is 2yrs plus & her 2nd kid is 9months old liao
Ivy, Jeslin, Susanna & me r best pals in pri sch from P4 till P6
we went to seperate sec sch, Ivy to Raffles Girls, Jeslin to Jurong Sec, Susanna to Yun Chin Sec & me to St Margaret's Sec
so glad we still managed to keep in contact all these yrs ^^
