Night @ The Museum

  

post xmas post

bro-in-law's wedding on Sat 23rd Dec was a success
no hippcups, no mishaps, total happiness n laffter
church wedding was touching, dinner enjoyable :D
only thing is hunnybun cried when they toasted the newlyweds yumseng
think all the suddenly shouting scared her till she dun wanna go back into the ballroom :s
so i took her out for a long walk ard the hotel
after all the noise level back to normal then she willing to let me carry her back inside
will post pics once i got em ^^



watched Night At The Museum with mom-in-law, pa-in-law, grampma-in-law, bro-in-law, sis-in-law, hubbybear & hunnybun on Tuesday nite at JP
ate dinner at Crystal Jade's Kitchen
was not fully recovered from moi flu so had porridge instead
shop at Kiddy Palace then went for the movie
superb comedy ^^ worth the $
abit like 'Jumanji' coz all the wax, stone, plastic figurines all came to life :s
luv the part when the T-rex acts like a pet doggy lolz
reached hm bout 12 le, hubbybear n moi zzz while the rest of the gang went to Bk PJ for the nite


work wise sama sama lar
SN still as sensitive as ever, abit only suspect tis suspect tat, keep saying other ppl badmouth her
bth her attp, ppl gossip bout her cannot then she gossip bout others can
aiya dun wanna say more liao coz no matter how troublesome she is i still gotta work wif her :/
nice news at work is tat we all get to eat nice New Yr's eve dinner at Raffles Marina tis coming Friday
looking 4ward to it coz i got to see the menu via the faxes :p~


pa-in-law is staying till 2nd Jan next yr then go back to HK so we'll b bz till then
mom-in-law need to accompany grampma-in-law back to Macua in mid Jan so hubbybear will take leave to babysit hunnybun
hope everything will go smoothly as planned if not then i gotta take leave also
want to save moi leave for next yr April's trip to HK coz we had planned this trip ever since hunnybun was born
every weekend so bz me not enug rest siah, feeling stress coz so little gaming time due to all the stuffs happening
anyway i hope to get a weekend free so as to meet up wif roxy mei they all, belated Xmas pressies r waiting

rain rainning rainny day

been raining non-stop since ytd
heard there r knee-deep floods in many parts of SG over the radio
brought back all those memories of moi childhood


3 whole weeks of pri school holidays spend wif moi gramps kampong plank house in M'sia =)
still remembered all those paper boats which i fold on rainny days
when the drain beside the house will overflow with rain water ^^


another funny incident in the rain during moi sec sch days
moi sec sch St Marg was along Farrer Rd
b4 they widen the main drain along Bk Timah, it always flood durin rainny days
while rushin to sch i fell right into a drain coz the pavement was flooded in knee deep water making it difficult to see where we walk :b
my whole class was surprised to see me totally wet from head to toes lolz


anyway let me recap the past weeks happenings
hubbybear's maternal grandmother came from Macau last Thurs
she's staying wif us till next week to attend bro-in-law's wedding tis Sat
there will b more relatives arriving from HK, Macau, Canada & Aussy tis week
mom-in-law is bz packin up Bk PJ place n moi place coz many of them will b staying wif us for the weekend
my house looks like a warehouse now
hunnybun keep wanting to crawl over the boxes stacked all ard the house to hit on them then i keep pulling her back to her play mat lolz


hunnybun is in the stick-on-any-adult phase now
she will cry whenever anyone walks out of the rm within her sight
she juz startin to understand things n think for herself, its very important to keep her feeling safe n secure so tat her development of self confidence can b ok
will post pics of her soon after i d/l the pics into moi comp


oh ya btw need to meet up wif roxy mei so can pass her the Christmas pressie
but recently i cant get leave from mom-in-law to go out =(
see how le lor hope can meet her b4 25th lor
ok lar hunnybun woke up le i gtg liao 881 for now

mom-in-law was at Bk PJ place packing n cleanin since Sat morng
bro-in-law fetched mom-in-law then came over our place to collect us
all
we went makan dimsum at Red Star Restaurant near Outram
then went to nearby shops in Chinatown to get all the traditional
wedding stuffs needed for bro-in-laws wedding end of tis month
mom-in-law wanted to buy a car so she can get ard town wif hunnybun in
tow
we went to Cycle&Carriage ytd after shoppin
Mitsubishi Lancer promotion was on
got bery nice rebates plus lucky draw prize of S$30,000
mom-in-law n bro-in-law went for test drive while me, hubbybear n
future-sis-in-law waited on the sofas playin wif hunnybun
bro-in-law decided to buy a Lancer at S$48,000 @@
mom-in-law still wanna shop ard so we went next door to look at Kia
cars
Kia standard totally cannot compare to Mitsubishi lar
i still prefer the stylo-milo chillie red color Evo IX, too bad its
soooo expensive :b
one cent for one cent worth lor, u gotta pay if u wan standard
waited till i fell asleep lolz, think i put on quite a few pounds from
all the hot chocolate tat i drank :b
for dinner we went to makan Tehchew porridge opp Beauty World, then its
hm bound to rest

hubbybear planned a surprised movie outin for moi bdae nite =)
ate at Crystal Jade Ramen then we go watch 'Happy Feet' wif mom-in-law
n hunnybun in tow
hunnybun wet her clothes coz her diapers overflowed durin the movie,
think she drank too much H2O tats y lolz
truly enjoyed the whole animation, liked the penguin called 'Ramond',
so cute n funny :D

celebrated bro-in-law n future-sis-in-law bdae at Swensons
hunnybun ate mom-in-laws fried salmon, got piggy-back carried by
hubbybear, ate the banana of the banana split icecream :s
