My Dad, Bretin, & Rindi came to visit us for the 4th! I was sooo happy! Finally, someone to visit us in Tx. I always feel like we are the ones visiting and we never get visited. They arrived on Thurs. night just in time for New York Pizza! (yummy!). Patrick had to work every day they were here during the evening. On the 4th we went and ate @ Hard 8 BBQ Pit, which Daddy loves. We really didn't do anything the rest of the day. On Sat. we went to the Ft. Worth Stockyards. We missed the cattle herd, but got to see some other neat things. We went to the Cowboy Hall of Fame Museum, watched a gun show, and did some shopping. It was a neat experience, and I kinda wish we would have stayed around for the Rodeo (but patrick had to work). JJ & Brayleigh bred a few times, and we'll know in 16 days if she's going to have little "BrayJaBoo" Boston Terrier pups. I hope so! Overall, it was a great visit. It makes the time go by faster here when you are looking forward to something. Hopefully, I'll get to visit MS @ the end of August for a few days, and then Alan, Sheena, Andrew & Trenton will be coming to see us!

Today is Patrick's 22nd Birthday. I don't think that it's the greatest birthday ever, d/t the mold in our apt., starting his 2 jobs, and me busy with tests @ school. It's been a blessing though, that we are getting upgraded to a 2br/2ba apt. for all the mold we've been dealing with & having to stay in our living room. We are going to eat sushi @ Avocado in a bit, and maybe things will continue to look up for us.
My wish for Patrick this year is...
