Happy almost Thanksgiving!!

So it almost being Thanksgiving and all I thought I would write down a few things that I am thankful for this year. I have so many great people in my life and I am so blessed but I feel like I take that for granted a lot of times. So here is a list of things I am grateful for...

1. An amazing husband who works so hard to support us and who shows me everyday how much he loves me.
2. My wonderful parents. I am so blessed to have such loving and supportive parents, I don't know what I would do without them!
3. The rest of my awesome family. I have three goofy brothers and two great sister in laws. They are such important people in my life and I am so grateful to have them. Then there are my three little nieces who light up my world whenever I see them. They can put a smile on my face no matter what kind of mood I am in.
4. The Gospel. I feel so blessed to have the gospel in my life, it is my strength and I am so grateful that I was born into such a religious family.
5. The opportunity to go to school. I complain a lot about going to school and the homework that I have to do but the truth is that I feel blessed to have the opportunity to get a higher education. I love what I am learning in school and I can't wait to be a teacher!!

These are just a few things I am grateful for but the list could go on and on. I am so excited for this holiday season and the chance that I get to spend it with my new husband. Let the festivities begin!!

It's been awhile...

It's been awhile since I have posted mainly because mine and Andrew's lives are pretty boring at the moment. Don't get me wrong, we have a great time but just nothing too exciting to blog about. We went to St. George a couple weekends ago for Andrew's softball tournament and that was a lot of fun. It was really nice to just be able to get away for a couple days and not have to worry about work or school...don't worry it was all still waiting for us when we got back. Andrew and his team didn't do so well in the tournament haha but I wasn't mad about it because that just meant we had more time to hang out and do other things besides watch softball.

Andrew also got finished with his training at Ebay last week so his schedule changed from 6-2pm to 10:45-7:15 and I am not a big fan of his new schedule. I can't complain though because he gets the weekends off so that is definitely a bonus! I started my field work for school last week and I am loving it so far. I am working with second grade which is the grade that I want to teach so this is great experience for me. I only have about five more weeks of school until the semester is over and I can't believe it, it has gone by so fast.

So my birthday was a couple of weeks ago and I want to take a second and brag about what an amazing husband I have. He woke up at four in the morning on my birthday to make me breakfast before I had to leave for school, how cute is that?? And it gets better...I woke up to not only breakfast but a card and flowers and inside the card it told me that I had a massage at 1:30 that day, I am so spoiled! Andrew is so great to me and he is romantic when he want to be which I love! :)

For Halloween we got together with some friends and had a party which was a lot of fun. We just ate, played games, and watched a scary movie! Andrew and I dressed up as Sandy and Danny from Grease, we looked awesome!! And that pretty much sums up life for us right now!

So I have done blogs for school and I thought I knew what I was doing...apparently not, this blogging business is a lot harder then it seems. I honestly can't tell you what made me decide to do a blog, I guess I just thought it was the next step after being married.
Speaking of being married, our wedding was perfect! I think about it everyday and tell Andrew all the time that I want to relive that same day because I loved it so much! Everything turned out so perfectly and the whole night was amazing! I have to shout out to my Mom for how much she helped me, I really wouldn't have been able to do it without her, she is the best!
It is crazy that we have already been married for a little over a month now but things are going great. We are both really busy with school and work but we get our nights together which is really nice. Andrew actually got a new job at Ebay on our wedding day so we are very excited about this. He just finished  his fifth week of training and has five more to go. I feel so bad for him because he had to wake up every morning at about 4:50am because he has to be to work at 6:00am. But he gets done at two and he has his weekends off so I can't complain. When he starts his regular schedule he will be working form 10:15-6:45 Monday-Friday which will be really  nice, we definitely feel very blessed that he got this job! As far as school goes for me, it is busy! I go down to UVU Tuesday-Friday from about 8-12. I am in my second semester of the Elementary education program and have two more to go after this. I love what I am learning and am getting very excited to graduate and start teaching. We have what is called field work every semester for three weeks and this semester I get to work with second graders-I can't wait!
