Ticket Information & Purchasing
General Ticket Information
- Conference tickets do not include pre-conference. Anyone wishing to attend the pre-conference will need a separate pre-conference ticket.
- Conference tickets (Presenter, Early Bird, Regular, Late, and single-day include membership in KAEA. You do NOT need to purchase KAEA membership in addition to conference admission.
- KAEA membership-only tickets are available for anyone wishing to join KAEA but unable to attend conference in person. KAEA membership also includes membership in COABE.
- Due to lead-times on food orders and swag, conference tickets are generally are not refundable. You may request a refund, but KAEA reserves the right to approve or deny based on lead times. See the KAEA Refund Policy here.
Vendor Information
- Vendor tickets include 1 (Entry) or 2 (Elite and Premium) company representatives. Additional company representatives beyond those included with the sponsorship level require the purchase of the desired number of Additional Company Representative tickets.
- Vendors need purchase additional company representative tickets ONLY if wanting to send more representatives than the number included in their sponsorship level.
- If purchasing for representatives other than the person making the purchase, please enter the information for the company representative(s) actually attending. Some companies have agents who handle booking and reservations; in such cases the ticket information should be in the name of the representative, not the purchasing agent.
