A Post to Catch Up...
I will have to post pictures later, but here are a few things we've been up to.  We celebrated my neice's first birthday mid December in Rogers.  Elle had  a nice afternoon party with lots of little one's in attendance.  Anna likes playing with Elle.  They also got to play with each other on Christmas Eve at Mimi's house.  However, each wanted what the other had, and it was a good thing that some gifts were duplicated for the two!  We had a great Christmas with my mom, papa Troy, and Corey's family.  Eston loved opening gifts for himself and helping everyone else.  Anna got into it this year, too.  She enjoyed ripping the wrapping paper too.

We have also been fighting germs and fevers, lately.  Anna was in the hospital last March for RSV and pneumonia.  And since then, just about once a month, she comes down with a cold.  Runny nose turns into coughing and chest congestion, wheezing and fever.  She takes an antibiotic and about 3-4 weeks later, the process starts again.  She has a nebulizer that she inhales two medicines from.  I'd say she's had a breathing treatment 9 days out of 10 this past 10 months.   In December, we were referred to an allergist in Little Rock.  He allergy tested Anna for inhaled allergens and the tests came back negative.   Hmmmm.  I was so sure she was allergic to something and that was what was triggering her runny nose that starts the vicious cycle.  We were sent over to Children's Hospital to do a blood test to check for immune disorders.  That blood test came back negative.  Good.  So, after three weeks of antibiotic to try to get the germs all out, we found ourselves back to square one two days later.  Fever and short laborous breaths.  This time they are supposed to send us to a pulmonolgist at Children's.  Stay tuned...

Eston had a bad tummy bug that had him throwing up and not eating for 5 days, a couple of weeks ago.  So, I am really really tired of taking temperatures, and lining up the kids for ibuprofen and tylenol.  I feel like that and breathing treatments are all I have done the past month.  It's a good thing I work for myself, because I have missed a lot of work.  I'd be fired if I worked for someone else.  One of the nice things of being self-employed.
