Surprises
While Gucci is sleeping in we enjoy a nice and quiet early morning at the beach.
That is until we hear a strange noise and all of a sudden something surfaces out of the water and....
Yes. Our dear fellow CCSI board members have managed to find us here in Bora Bora, Tahiti. Not only that - it seems they have been following us around for a while - see that familiar periscope there?!
O well, what can you do - Gucci is nice enough to take them all into his house and we hope maybe next year we'll find a place just for the two of us...
After they inspected everything we all go to the beach of course...
... and then the gang has some fun in the water.
Later on we talk everybody into donning the local dance gear and try their paws on some Tahitian hip swinging!
Come back because Friday we will all go to Sydney for Momo's graduation!!!

More From Our Anniversary Trip
First thing this morning we go surfing because the waves are just great!!!
Here is Karl, very professional looking!
And here is Ruis, the coolest surfer dude ever!
After this great activity we go and do the outrigger canoe.
Now it is time for a little rest. Karl is catching up on his new job as station manager of the CCSI-AFOOFA channel!
After all that reading Karl decides to to a little snorkeling because Ruis promises to be on the look-out for sharks when all of a sudden we hear an airplane fly by very very close!
And it seems as if a familiar face is looking out of the window....
Sure enough - it is Gucci!
He heard a rumor about Sassy being here (????) and when he learns that this is not the case he decides to still stay a few days and take a vacation...
Make sure to come back - we think the mystery of that periscope might be revealed in the next post!!!

Our First Anniversary
Today is the big day, our first wedding anniversary!
We start the day with a delicious breakfast with a gorgeous view.

Afterward we decide to just hang out at the beach a little bit and get used to the nice environment.
After a delicious seafood lunch we check out the hotel pool...
...and then spend the afternoon at another beach.
Then Ruis persuades Karl to take a boat out, and successfully dispelling Karl's fear of sharks...
... he even manages to get him into the water for a deep dive!
Once they surface Ruis realizes that he is very hungry too so we have an early Champagne dinner at the beach, IN the water!
We finish the day with an evening full of dance and fun! Please do come back because our anniversary adventure is far from over. As a matter of fact - it hasn't even really started yet, hahahahahahahahaha!!!

Our First Anniversary Trip
Tomorrow is our first anniversary! We decided to go to the most romantic get-away and have a second honey moon! We booked a flight on Air Ruby, First Class of course!
Do you recognize our destination? If so - don't tell Sassy, hahahahahahahahahahaha!
It was a long flight but finally we arrived.
Here we are checking in at the Pearl Beach Resort where we had a 'hut' reserved.
It is all so very exciting and our accommodations are superb!
First of course we have to try the bed. Just look at that view!!!
We have to take a closer look.
And then, after an early dinner, we just go to bed to be ready and fit for the big day tomorrow:

Meow Like A Pirate
... Arrr, together they go whar no pirate has gone before...
Avast Ye!
Today be Talk Like a Pirate Day, an international holiday whar human beans wake up and think be pirates and e'en try t' speak like a pirate.
But we cats BE born pirates, argh! We hunt, we keelhaul at noon, we steal and while drinkin' we Meow like a Pirate! Aye, we e'en ATE the parrot. Argh!
Go t' Meowers from Missouri and 'isit from thar our fellow pirates. And do it before you be four sheets t' wind. Aaaarrrrgggghhhh!
Aye, enough meowin', hearties, now we be thirstin'!
