I am a 22 year old wife and 4th year nursing student. I am an adamant follower of the God Man, Jesus Christ, and am in love with the most amazing man on this earth who is the champion of my heart and my husband, Dave. We were married on May 17th, 2008 and are living in the United States right now while I finish school. But after that, who knows where God will take us!
The purpose of this blog is to share my experiences in the profession of nursing, and my experiences as a young wife. My opinions shared on this blog are subject to change, as the world of healthcare is ever changing. My opinions are also subject to change when I find that I am wrong.
I love being a nursing student, I love the profession of nursing, I love serving others in the most basic way – through improving their health. I surely hope this blog is a joy for you to read, that you learn more about this ever changing profession, and that your quality of life improves as you learn more about how to improve your health, and to live this life to the fullest. Feel free to post any of your questions about any topic on my posts. I will answer your questions to the best of my ability using the resources I have. Enjoy and be blessed!

I have to say that I was amazed to find your blog, while I was bored and googling my name:) I was skimming through, and found it amusing that you posted a recipe for peppermint bark this past Christmas…..I was obsessed with it over Christmas, and even bought the ingredients to make it……
I also wanted to say that it’s inspiring to read your blog, you seem like a very faith driven person….not so common it seems anymore, but I appreciate finding another Katie Hess out there that believes 🙂
