Goodbye Hair!

My brother-in-law recently began chemo and as a result, lost his hair. His three boys shaved their hair off to support him and when I told Luke what they did and why, he thought that was pretty cool and wanted to shave off his hair. We jokingly asked Savannah if she wanted to shave off hers, and she said, "sure I will". No, we did not let her, but I was proud of her that she was willing to do that. Well, here are the before and after pictures of Luke. I was a little worried what he would look like, but I think he looks adorable, but then again, I am a little biased:)

Happy Valentines Day!

For Valentines Day, the kids wanted to make and decorate sugar cookies. They love helping me cook and Savannah loved helping me roll out the dough and cutting out the heart shapes. She was fascinated with that! Poor Kate. We decorated them while she was napping, so she missed out on the fun, but when she woke up she had a great time eating the cookies. Luke and Savannah were really creative and they did not make any two cookies alike :) The problem we are having now is even they don't want to eat some of the cookies they made because their are too many candies on top!
