My nephew

Well the day I have been waiting for...to be come an aunt...has finally come!

This past Thursday at 8:34pm, Fulton made his long anticipated arrival!

We pretty much had the waiting room to ourselves. Good thing there was a football game on, because Dad and Steven were entertained for the evening, while we waited...

Our wedding cake...one year later...

I forgot to include this in my anniversary post...

My wonderful friend, Doretta did a great job wrapping up the top tier of our wedding cake and has had it stored in her freezer since last year. I picked it up before we left on our trip, so it had plenty of time to thaw in the fridge while we were gone.

I must say the cake was absolutely wonderful! You would have never known it had been in the freezer for a year! I had no idea that the cake would be both white and strawberry, so that was a nice surprise!
